T O P I C R E V I E WdrownmeI have a lot of Saturn aspects with my crush, we have Saturn opp. Moon double whammy, her Saturn square my ascendanther saturn conjunct my marsthough we have some nice ones too, her saturn trine my venus and my saturn conjunct her venus What are other people's experiences of heavy Saturn aspects? One thing I know is there is a kind of serious pull, not necessarily attraction per se, but like we are meant to be in each others lives For the past few years, every time we fall out of contact something random brings us back together, we can't stay apart from each other. RandallWelcome!problematiquei had many saturnian aspects with someone i had never even gotten into a relationsiop with. it is biding, but it can also postpone stuff. it also happened during my saturn return, so i'm starting to think it was a big lesson, but i'm still not sure which one it was. so the universe sent me another man with very similar aspects, to learn, i guess. it's pretty karmic and difficult. sometimes i feel i'll never get over it. sashavittoriaMy former husband (lol... just what you wanted to hear! We are still close friends, though.) and I had DW Saturn conjunct Venus, plus my Saturn on his Juno and POF, and his Saturn also conjunct my moon, square my Chiron, and trine my Vesta/IC. We had a significant age difference (22 years) and I would say our commitment to one another outweighed our better judgment about the relationship (both of us impulsive fire moons lol). We married for entirely practical reasons and stayed together longer than we should have. Practical life always got in the way of our happiness, including money and caring for/living with my elderly father. However, we are still really committed to our friendship and to supporting one another. It is indeed binding, just not necessarily romantic or fun.In our composite, we have Saturn conjunct Sun. For me, the relationship was entirely about maturing into an adult and learning to take responsibility - though I would say I took TOO MUCH responsibility for him and his feelings and life. Learning boundaries with that was one of many lessons. Overall the relationship really restricted me from pursuing my own path, and when it came time that's what I had to choose over the relationship. I would have stayed with him, but he wasn't willing to do long distance or an open relationship.DeepBlueI can only agree with what others already said. I have a lot of composite saturn with my partner and father of my children. The comp saturn sextiles sun, mercury, venus an trines moon and is 3 deg conjunct DC in 7th.It is very, very binding, you care a lot about each other, but the feeling of responsibility and pressure is sometimes overwhelming. It's like I can't live with him but also can't live without him.It depends a lot on the people involved. Me for example I'm too freedom loving to enjoy this much saturn. We are still together, but I'm not sure about our future as a couple. I do know however that we will always be connected and at good terms, so at least that part is good. I know I can always count on him and he can count on me, even if we will eventually have other romantic partners.I wish you good luck with your love 💜🍀Cancermoon83It's very hard to let go of the other person, and I agree it has a lot to do with the people involved.People who enjoy their freedom may find it hard, cause you love the other person(as Saturn),you care for them a lot,and leaving them could feel like you "abandon" them. You feel an obligation to be with them,or at least be respectful towards them. It's like a parent to a child, you wouldn't let them leave the house alone if you hadn't taught them the basic stuff(depending on the inner planet involved),or you would feel guilty. Saturn really cares and provides for the planet person and the planet person can depend on them. But as children grow up and become adults and want to go out and experience the world themselves and be free,so does the planet person(usually). You don't stop loving them, but you may want to try new things in life and move on.If your chart is very Saturnian you may settle and have an easier time.I know the comparison may not be the most "in point",but that's how I see it.charlieI feel it’s only hard to let go if there is unfinished business or lessons to learn. Either within yourself or your views and actions within the relationship itself (or relationshipS in general). If this is the case, someone else will come along and the story will repeat itself. sashavittoria quote:Originally posted by charlie:I feel it’s only hard to let go if there is unfinished business or lessons to learn.
