Mandy pie | So there's a couple of sites that says this aspect in synastry is quite bad and a couple of others that say it's no big deal. I haven't had this aspect with anyone. Anyone experience this with someone wants to say how they think it effected them? |
Planet Queen | First of all how prominent is Mars and Jupiter in your chart and in the other person's chart? If it is NOT a chart ruler or strongly emphasized in the chart then it most likely just suggests that the way one of you actively approaches your beliefs can be in conflict at times. But it could be a positive aspect if the relationship evolves. For example you both could learn to accept each others beliefs or philosophies - but I'm not necessarily implying that your beliefs are religious. From my own experience I have a Mars - Jupiter conjunction with my boyfriend who I live with currently. He is Mars and I am Jupiter (both in Gemini) and my chart ruler is - Jupiter. We share the same beliefs and actively pursue them - we've protested together and both advocate feminism and equal rights and animals rights etc.
Hope that helps... |
Mandy pie | I don't have this aspect with anyone but I like to match up my friends from time to time to help me learn astrology. There are two people I know where the absolute strongest/most direct aspects between them are Mars Square Jupiter. |
Canadiangirl | I have this in quite a close orbit in my synastry chart with someone. I'm just curious how it would play out if jupiter *was* a major player in one person's chart. Would it turn into a very hateful interaction. |
sashavittoria | I've read that any aspect to Jupiter can be positive, even a hard aspect. I would expect it depends on the signs/qualities though. I have Mars in (late) Pisces squaring someone's Jupiter in Cancer and the watery, compassionate nature of these signs seems to ease the tension a bit. |
