T O P I C R E V I E WhoneyloveeeDoes anyone know how this can play out, and wether it´s a good or bad thing to have in synastry?ToughPrincessa1997It depends.. I experienced this and it was not good.. I wanted commitement and he was super childish.. But it was saturn conjuct desc exact.. maybe if you.are activating his Saturn also it can workGalacticCoreExplosion It depends on how one defines "good" or "bad". Saturn usually indicates/symbolizes lessons, challenges, abrupt and out of the blue major changes. These are good for the Soul's growth, but us physically based personalities don't tend to like it all that much. softissuesI personally wouldn't look at that as a problematic position, check the aspects! A trine or sextile (maybe conjunction) to his 7th house chart ruler would be lovely, also his sun, moon, venus and mars.honeyloveee quote:Originally posted by softissues:I personally wouldn't look at that as a problematic position, check the aspects! I assume the planet person becasue that would be the typical scenarioI think it really depends on whether you have saturn in your relationship profile. Then, you might actually like being the planet person. I'm strongly saturnian (3 planets in capricorn, saturn ruled 7th house and saturn in the 1st house) and I really don't mind being the planet person and receiving heavy saturn aspects. On the contrary, I have them in my closest friendships and greatest loves. One of my closest friends for instance has her saturn conjunct my sun, mercury and venus. A man I was deeply in love with had his saturn opposite my venus and mercury .However, I do agree that if someone does not have saturn as part of their relationship profile, it's highly likely they will consider saturn oppressive, or just feel you are pushing for a relationship. I had my saturn for instance exactly conjunct a man's 7th house and although I was extremly attracted to him and felt a deep connection for a number of reasons I never considered a relationship....however, he read everything I did as a clear indication I was actively seeking a relationship with him (which I didnt). He also was extremely thin skinned and read criticism in so many of my comments which werent meant as criticism. My saturn was conjunct his mercury (mercury being a highly significant relationship planet for him). Saturn was in no way linked to his astro relationship profile.
