This thread reminds me of your other interesting one in IE a while ago Soren.Basically it's like this (I still guess);
If you find for ex. a Composite Venus on the Asc (compo Venus/Asc conj), it means that in both natals Venus resides the same amount of degrees away from the horizon, one having it BELOW the horizon/Asc, the other having it ABOVE the horizon/Asc. Result: compo Venus/Asc conj.
^ ofcourse that is just one limited example which to find in the composite (only counts for 2 of the same planets, Venus in this case)
But there are more options in Soren's theory.
- it doesn't have to be 2 x Venus, it also might be The Sun of person 1 and the Venus of person 2, which share the same amount of degrees away from the horizon/ASC (or any other planetary pair). And this you can't find in the Compo.
- there are other 'effect shapes' too. Like;
* if Venus of person 1 resides 25 deg above the horizon/Asc and person 2 has Venus also 25 deg above the horizon/Asc natally (any planetary combi is possible here) we have another hit.
* If Venus of person 1 resides 34 deg above the horizon/Asc and Venus of person 2 resides 34 deg above the horizon/Desc, another hit occures (any planetary pair possible).
* If Venus of person 1 resides 17 deg above the horizon/Asc and Venus of person 2 resides 17 deg below the horizon/Desc, a hit again! (any planetary pair).
Correct me if I'm wrong Soren.
Ow I guess my reply still belongs to your thread in IE ;D
