I see this forum as an inspiration from "Love Signs". The message in Love Signs being that with love... magic can happen between people and souls. Elsewhere in Lindaland, we debate and loudly voice our opinions regarding the state of the world and this is beautiful. We exert our individuality and stand out and stand up and stand for and just take a stand. Here in Soul Unions, we Unite. We melt. We blend. We are not concerned with our individuality and separate ego first and foremost. We allow love to rule and we share our tenderest hearts and deepest places of connection, and offer what we can to our fellow souls in pain.

I know it is different.

If all the forums were the same, we would not need separate forums. Just one big Lindaland Central would suffice.

If a thread message here is not for you, go ahead and skip it. It might be valuable for someone else. If you've got a hug to offer someone, offer it... again, it might be more valuable than you know. Above all... when someone shares their soul, honor this in the extreme.

"One of the most calming and powerful actions you can do to intervene in a stormy world is to stand up and show your soul. Soul on deck shines like gold in dark times. The light of the soul throws sparks, can send up flares, builds signal fires ...causes proper matters to catch fire...Struggling souls catch light from other souls who are fully lit and willing to show it.

If you would help to calm the tumult, this is one of the strongest things you can do.

Do not lose heart. We were made for these times."

Hi MysticMelody,

hope you don't mind my asking, because I'm not sure about something

i felt like creating a thread that would basically dismantle the "if he wanted to be with you, he would be with you" myth created by women who suffer from romantic bereavement and used mostly to deliberately upset others, but i wasn't sure if this board is appropriate enough, for the reasons outlined in the opening post. is it ok to post it here or would it be more appropriate elsewhere?

I think that's a great thread topic! I haven't re-read my exact words up there but I meant that you can post anything you need to in order to work through your situation and I don't want others to be hard on you if they disagree, that's all. Maybe that's where you are on your journey. Maybe that's where we ALL should be on our journey but we aren't. Maybe some of us have been there before and decided rightly not to go back. Maybe some of us haven't gotten there yet. I have zero judgement on what you decide to post.... because your soul has a reason for posting it. I just want those who disagree and think it is a bunch of hogwash or garbage or whatever negative thing... to share that with you (or any original poster of a topic/thread) with extreme gentle kindness (if they feel they MUST disagree) and to only do so if they are prepared to handle your emotional reaction from that with again, authentic gentle kindness.

Sometimes we share things that are the right thing for us Right Now.... even if they aren't the right thing for us forever. They might not be for everyone either... so I said if it is not for you, you can just pass over it and move along... because it might be the perfect thing for someone else. It's just relative. Someone who is continuously a doormat in relationships might need to read a powerful post saying DON'T LET HIM WALK ON YOU!! While someone who is too defensive and harsh and demanding in relationships might need to read another perspective. The magic of LindaLand, in my experience, is that the perfect post often shows up at the perfect time in your learning. I don't wish to censor topics (look to the general guidelines of LindaLand for guidance there but it is very broad) but rather leave room for people to express whatever they need to express from their heart and soul.... without them having to fear that someone will jump on them for "being wrong" or thinking wrongly or believing wrongly etc. I am asking for gentle RESPONSES, not necessarily gentle topics.

I look forward to your current perspective VERY MUCH! That's what it's all about.
