This type of question is best asked using horary astrology. For one to one relationships, too to transits to your 7th house planets, in particular ruler of 7th sun....In Equal house (mine) T jupiter is just going into your 5th house of romance, children and creativity...which should be good, BUT just remember ALL transits simply act as backtground influences, until they make an aspect to another planet or angle ie: Asc or MC...
Also in Equal house Saturn and Node would be 8th house of joint finances. Now this saturn is a singleton and is really worth researching...Uranus is also a singleton.

T mars will go over your Saturn again, and this creates stop/go situations, delays, frustrations in actions.
I have 1' Aquarius rising and gemini mars in 5th. If you have children (I have two sons) you should be quick time in labour
One son is gemini and the other Aquarius and of course mars is masculine indicating males...
So I would perhaps look to T Jupiter square
leo sun for opportuntities..

neptune opp mars can suggest deceptions
Mars square Neptune
Mars Neptune Square Mars Neptune Opposition
Painful things either ignored ie self deception, or hypochondriac type, imaginary things (Neptune) Deceive or be deceived http://www.astrologyindepth.com/Mars_square_Neptune http://www.astrologyweekly.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13104&page=2 http://www.astrologyweekly.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11521 http://astrology.astrozoom.com/index.php?title=NEPTUNE_PARALLEL%2C_CONJUNCTION%2C_SQUARE_OR_OPPOSITION_TO_MARS
moon square venus has inherent problems with romance as whomever you are attracted to don't always fulfill you emotionally, and vice versa...
I would discount sun square uranus and mercury square uranus as the orbs are too wide. I tend to reduce the orb ratio down to 85% to bring in line with mainstream views...mercury trine neptune at 10' separating is too wide also
What happened age 4?connected to family did anyone disappear
regarding solar returns, they are not meant to be read as stand alones, but on the outside of natal...
All solar returns (and natal charts) are about ‘potential’ as is the natal chart, but we don’t always fulfil our potential, whether it’s due to ‘other people or unforeseen circumstances’ or a choice of two things and maybe possibly making different choices meant you didn’t fulfil that potential in this Solar return.
I don't read SR's as stand alone cos you can get far more information from bi wheel, it can give a natal planet an opening or expression by conjuncting SR Asc or MC for example and any SR planets conj natal planets are important to.
when selecting a solar return chart from astro in Extended chart selection it's important to select 2nd option 'with houses' as this will put the degree onto planets and Angles --

“The house in which the Sun falls in the SR chart is the birthday month's forecast and influence, and each house after is the following month, since the Sun transits at the rate of one sign or house per month. Each house is treated as events in that month, and the sign and planet ruling the cusp influences the outlook for that month. The chart is used like a clock, writh 12 months on its face instead of 12 hours. As the Sun conjoins or aspects other planets in the SR, it will generate events” http://www.typhonvision.com/art-solarreturn.htm
Lastly, for something 'major' to happen, it should also be reflected in your transits, progressions and possibly solar arcs. So don't ignore these methods in favour of JUST solar returns
