T-Squares are an opposition with one planet squaring both ends. What you have in your chart look like "wedges," where a planet is sextile one end of the opposition and trine the other end. I have several wedges in my own chart. I like them, I think they help defuse the tension of the opposition, and provide a constructive outlet. It's like there's a helper planet who understands and can relate to both ends of the opposition. Kind of a mediator. And I find that whatever planet is at the apex of the wedge (in your case that would be your Venus, Jupiter, and Midheaven) tends to take on a lot of the more positive qualities of the planets it aspects.
As an example, the way you express your Venus might incorporate a lot of the more positive/mature traits of Mars and Uranus. Maybe you value boldness and uniqueness, and you express those traits in the way you relate to others.
Edited to add: I have the same Midheaven sign and degree as you! 24 Aquarius. And I also have Venus in Aries, in the 11th with Gemini rising. Your rising is actually conjunct my North Node.
With the oppositions playing out along your Asc/Dsc axis, the themes of those planets are likely indicating the dynamics you have to harness in relationships, with others and with yourself. That's hard, especially because none of those planets are benefics except for the Moon. But your Venus, Jupiter, and Midheaven are the "outlet" or where, if you focus your energy in those areas, the back-and-forth wildness of the opposition can be worked with constructively.
In my own chart I have Jupiter (Cancer) opposite Chiron (Capricorn), in two wedges with my Mars (Taurus) on one side, and my Mercury (Pisces) on the other side. If you have two wedges facing opposite directions, with the same planets in opposition, then those apex planets will always be sextile each other. In your chart, Venus/Jupiter are sextile your Midheaven. That blue line connecting one end of the opposition to the other goes up and through the connecting planets. It's like a bridge, or a way to "elevate" the conflict through mediators. If the opposing planets talk to each other through that alternate pathway, it takes a little longer for the message to be received but can be way less stressful. Obviously the opposition still exists and that energy is important. But it's also important to know that you have a built-in outlet, and other archetypes to work with.
