I bought the Maca and decided I'dsee if it is beneficial before trying the yam but I might seek the yam still. In the event the Maca doesn't do enough. The Maca taste reminds me of curry. I had it in my routine morning berries and protein powder. It's warm and woodsy. Nice for the Fall season. A little info on Maca- http://wellnessmama.com/8254/maca-herb-profile/

Wow, I forgot about this thread. I'm sorry,Rheanna. I was taking the powder but realised l had ran out and forgot to buy more. (Memory is really bad due to my menopause, possibly head tramas of the oast too) . The maca I was using was good but honestly idk how good it was for all my issues. Actually I was about to post a fresh thread re similar issue. Thank you for your inquiry.
I'm now researching multi layered hormone, energy etc liquid vitamins. I'll post a fresh thread because I'm going to seek others opinions if they have tried anything in particular. I have a laundry list of problems and maca isn't enough. *sigh* Randall You're wonderful with the help at LL. IP: Logged |
