Hi all 💜I hope everyone is having a blessed week. I wanted to ask for anyones thoughts on me and my partner's synastry/composite charts. I have been with my partner for almost 3 years and its a great relationship. He understands me deeply, I feel like I can be completely open with my feelings with him. I can also be silly and goofy with him - it feels like a playful relationship too. We are committed to eachother and I want to be with him longterm as he does with me too. However examining our synastry there are difficult aspects as well as in the composite. For example my Saturn sq his venus and my saturn sq his mars. I have heard that this makes venus/mars go cold, and I feel confused by this aspect as we are quite passionate but also playful with eachother The major difficulty we have had in our relationship stem from my parents and their disagreement to our partnership as he is a different ethnicity and religion to my family (I dont care that he is of a different ethnicity and religion) Has anyone had a successful long term relationship where the synastry/composite wasnt that good? Thank you all 💜 Composite: [IMAGE]https://ibb.co/z2KfKRm[/IMAGE] Synastry (im on the inside circle, in blue) https://ibb.co/5RzF70Y IP: Logged |

I’ll say it before the professionals do: Post the charts.. or at least the aspect grid.Edit: I see you posted the links at the end of your post, but the charts on the actual forum is still strongly encouraged. But just based on the two aspects you mentioned, Saturn squaring personal planets doesn’t always mean a relationship won’t last or if it’ll be conducive/ destructive.
What I can say is, Saturn has a way of creeping into relationships. If it’s not an outright obvious obstacle from the beginning, like age difference, different cultural/ religious backgrounds (in your case), distance because of work, etc, they will surely show themselves later on. Eventually you might get irritated with his style of relating and the way he expresses himself. Is there any Saturn in composite? Any hard Uranus/ Neptune aspects? All of this matters amongst other things.

Hi 93nov, thank you for your reply, I really appreciate it I thought the links of the synastry/composite at the end of my post would be embed into the post and not a link. I will see if there is a way to fix that. I also appreciate your thoughts on the aspects in our synastry. It is helpful to know that obstacles may show up later regarding our different cultural/religious backgrounds. I am quite open but I have been having a hard time with my parents about it, and trying to advocate for my partner too. He is being very supportive and loving which I am so thankful for. I find it tricky to see me getting irritated by his style of relating or how he expresses himself, his style of relating to me has felt just right and we encourage eachother to be our full selves. Saturn is in the Aries in the 1st house of the composite chart and its oppoising Venus in Libra which is in the 7th. Venus is also kind of close to chiron which is also in libra in the 7th house. Maybe this could translates into restrictions in how me and my partner display our relationship to other people (like my family?). We are usually cuddly and flirty but act meek together when with my family. Maybe chiron points towards relationship healing? This is my 3rd relationship and his 3rd too and we have been open about being wounded in the past and healing together for our future. Thank you again IP: Logged |
