Hi Everyone Glad you enjoyed the link. I was especially interested in it because of all the Virgo "action" that's going to be happening at the end of August....5 planets will be in Virgo Now that's what I call a party I have 4 Virgo placements in my natal chart and Mars is opposing that stellium - don't know what may happen but it sure points to action of some kind. Plus Mars turned retro conjunct my North Node (exact) and Descendant (1 degree). There's more action going on in my chart at the moment than the Terminator movie I'll re-read through the link I posted as part of the article was especially interesting - I'll post that part later. Sue Hi Juniperb Yes New Moon tonight in Leo - can't remember the exact degree off hand (I'd have to check) but I think it's around 8 degrees. IP: Logged |

So, does anyone have any insight as to what this means for a person with Mars in Pisces? According to that link it does state that there will be karmic / fated events that are going to take place.Personally, I can't help but think that things are coming to a head. I am even dreaming so much more about past events, current events and just weird things. Any ideas? IP: Logged |

I forgot to say which planets will be in Virgo at the end of August.......The Virgo party will be at the time of the New Moon in Virgo. Jupiter, Sun, Mercy & Venus will all be in Virgo at that time. So that means HALF the solar system will be in Virgo at the end of August! IP: Logged |

Here's the part of the article that I thought was very interesting......Here's a bit of what it says........ WHAT IS THE LIKELY SCENARIO? What is the likely scene during July to October? It seems we can look forward to a period of intense Martian energy, with all aspects I have described here being likely. Wars and the energy of war will be in the air. Many people will feel that their ideologies and actions are important enough that they want to defend their lives, their families and territories. Those with axes to grind, and there are many these days, will set about using axes. Looking for key dates when we can expect to see these Martian/Piscean energies at their peak, we can't miss out on the dramatic New Moon of 28th August with Moon in Virgo at 4 degrees. That day five planets will line-up in Virgo - Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus and Jupiter. The whole five are opposite Mars/Uranus together in Pisces. This could be a week of sudden explosions of change with the beginning of a new monthly cycle in Virgo - sign of health, diet, food standards, chemistry, purity, work standards and medicine. Mercury, the ruler of Virgo, goes stationary the same day turning retrograde for the next three weeks creating confusion. ............. And another bit I especially noticed in the article was........ Because all planets actually move in an elliptical (not circular) orbit, there are times when they are closer to the Sun (called a perihelion) and others when they are farthest away (aphelion). During 2003, both Mars and Saturn will reach perihelion points where they are both closest to the Sun. The last time the two were in perihelion in the same year was in 1915, in the midst of World War I. Mars reaches the perihelion point on 30 August at 6 degrees Pisces, and Saturn is at perihelion on 26 July at 4 degrees Cancer. We will see Mars in the sky brighter than any other object bar the Sun, Moon and Venus during August and September. Martian energy will then impact very strongly on our Earth. Mars will also be joining up closely with Uranus (which recently moved into Pisces) both in June and September/October 2003. ............ So I'm wondering how this will all work out. As I noticed that Mars perihelion point on 30th Aug is at 6 degree - exactly opp my Venus. And at the same time Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus and Jupiter will all be in Virgo (on my stellium). The new moon on the 28th August at 4 Virgo will conjunct my Merc, Venus, Asc & S Node. That seems to be a lot of energy there. Plus Merc (my chart ruler) also turns retro at the same time Plus Pluto goes direct on 29th Aug.. Now dat is one hell of a lot of transit action Sue PS: What plants in your chart will be "touched" by all of the above? IP: Logged |

Hi N_w 2010 A space odeyssey ....You could be right How do you think Mars reaching the perihelion point on 30 August at 6 degrees Pisces, and Saturn at perihelion on 26 July at 4 degrees Cancer may affect you? Very intense energy there. Will either of them make any aspects to your natal planets? Sue IP: Logged |

Hi pidaua What degree's your natal Mars at? Transiting Mars stations today at 10 degree 08 min. It retrogrades back to 0 degree - so doesn't leave Pisces. Sue

I wrote an email to all my friends a couple years ago, right before the last Mars Rx period, Then I turned it into an article, and added some more info, like on Saturn going into Gemini back then: http://lovestarz.com/saturn2.html or if you're in google and type "mars-retrograde" (no quotes, with hypen), you'll see this article on the second page anyway, I want to point out the excerpt by Darrell Martini, the now-retired Cosmic Muffin, so please read when you get a chance and go slow for the next two months peeps, you will have all kinds of urges to do big things, more so than usual, which is why Mars Rx is a tough two months, we have these urges to get so much done. Check yourself before you wreck yourself, slow and steady until October Bright Blessings, Carlo IP: Logged |

Hi Cat, My Mars is at 1 Pis 17' 9". (It is also located in my 6th house) I think the other planets that will be affected will end up being my Sun and Venus in Sag (but one is at 25 degrees and other is at 15 degrees) as well as my Pluto and Ascendent at 27 and 24 degrees respectively. I haven't felt too much pressure from the Uranus conjunct Mars thing though. Maybe it is because after having Saturn opposing the heck out of me any fireworks brought about by the conjunction almost feel refreshing. LOL. I am concerned about Pluto's journey towards conjuncting my Sun. That may bring some weird things, but we'll see....ever the optimist right. IP: Logged |

Hi pidaua So Mars has already crossed your natal Mars. How was that for you? It would have been around 20/21st June. Anything happen then? You're going to get 3 hits...usually the 2nd one is the most noticeable. Let me know? We can do a Mars study Sue IP: Logged |

Hi Cat, Actually, yes. I was in Phoenix, AZ with Mr. Leo at a conference. We went to dinner on Monday the 23rd had a semi-altercation with the manager of a Mexican resturant. He tried to serve us this beef that looked like pork. Mr. Leo runs a cow/calf operation, so between our work and his cattle biz, we know what beef looks like. We were very polite, but then the manager just went nuts, started yelling and basically flipped out. I had Mr. Leo leave, since he was almost ready to throw blows, I instructed the idiot manager (who was all of 25 years if that) to print up my bill, and that was about it. I also have a way, when I am really angry to say pretty evil things under my breath so only they can hear. That is what I did to the manager and almost reduced him to tears, but he embarrassed the hell out of us by going crazy. That night, Mr. Leo was so upset. He felt like everything he was doing was for nothing, in regards to raising cattle and how his family has been raising beef for generations. He broke down, but the whole thing brought us even closer together. I of course fought the urge to fight, but knew that we'd be in deeper trouble. I left for the trip on 6/21 and had that "uneasy" feeling, which turned out to be right on! Mars will once again sit on my mars (while conjuncting) my Uranus, about the same week that my divorce is final. I held off signing my papers last year until Mercury was a week out of retrograde (It takes 1 full year of separation before a divorce is granted in this state). Who knows what kind of reaction that will bring. I have been doing much like what Carlo has advised...take it slow...be deliberate, so that I do not have to pay later. IP: Logged |

Wow pidaua That was a real doozy of a first hit of Mars you had At the beginning of last week a lot of people were really giving me the run around - being difficult causing problems etc etc. Anyway I then remembered that if you don't use the Mars energy it will come at you from other people So the next day I hit the gym to work off some of that energy - still exercising daily.......it seems to be working so far Sue
