HAHAHA
There's a lot of dualims in me which is the reason I picked this nic but I think there's duality in most of us, it's just a matter of "extent".
I know many Gemini's and NONE of them is gay or Bi.
I think it just proves how these astro laws should never be used in a swift and generalizing manner (and not only as far as sexual orientation is concerned or those "mother issues" or any others) b/c they can manifest themselves differently in every chart.
And YES it does make an astrologer's life complicated!

Gloria, I believe the empty leg for Venus is Libra, in the 11th house? The T-Square is Moon in Cancer, opposite Pallas in Capricorn, squaring Venus in Aries. I did not think pallas as an asteriod counted but an important astrologer recently told me it does, matter. He told me I need to be in a committed relationship to be happy because of it, and that is true.

So I was just curious, didn't mean to hijack this thread. Creative Cap, I wonder why you didn't post you were a woman before? I hope you are proud of it, I am proud of who I am. Although if the right woman came along and made me happy I wouldn't turn her down. Then if anyone had the right music and wine I would probably flirt back. That's my Taurus Sun.

Natasia -

I don't know... look at your wheel. Sometimes it's not what you think it is in theory. My Focal Point is in Scorpio, but the Empty Space is in Aries, not Taurus.

i would say heavy emphasis on the air signs and particularly aqua and gemini. i'd say either venus or moon in either of these 2 signs would show an inclination towards homosexuality. i find the outer planets and houses have little to do with gayness cause everybody knows a man's moon and venus signs show what turns him on,this is true for both straight and gay men. know a man's moon and venus signs and youve got a lot of power in your hands. use it wisely!!! hahahah

If these guys act Gay or are Gay, then I am a raging homosexual Lol!

Yes there is a strong bi-sexual tendency in most Libra natives but that is because they are the balance of both sexes. However, keep in mind that Libra is still a masculine sign (even if it has a feminine ruler) so Libra men are ALL men .

My Uranus trines my Venus and I'm about as straight as they come. I'm open to homosexuality but just because I don't think it's a big deal. I loooove men and I'm heterosexual down to every last bone. To top it off my Venus is in Gemini (oh brother) conjunct my saturn but not tightly. Maybe it's my Saturn that's delaying my homosexual tendencies :-P. Nah, I'm straaaaight!

I have venus in Aquarius, moon in Gemini and pluto in Libra, forming a grand trine. So, I guess I must be gay, too. Make that INTENSELY gay! But I'm not! lol I think the female body is beautiful, but I'm not even remotely interested in other women sexually (never even experimented). But, I also couldn't care less if other people are gay.

I honestly don't think the natal chart has anything to do with "making" a person gay. That's kind of like saying your natal chart will show if you are black, white or asian! Personally, I think it's in the DNA.

I DO think your chart shows your attitudes about it though. For example, I think venus in Aquarius makes you more open to "alternative" forms of love...and that could mean you are willing to express your innate homosexuality, or that you are straight and accepting of others' homosexuality...OR, you are open to something that's not even related to being gay - maybe you are totally okay with the idea of polygamy! Well, that's how I'd interpret it. I just don't think it's a good idea to pigeonhole people.

Ok so this 1366 business, Ganym or whatever, let's just say this happens to be in a man's chart in Libra (:-O) veeeery close to the fifth house, would this indicate gayness? Any info would be appreciated.

"Ok so this 1366 business"...
This would indicate approximately 1/12th of the population of men. So, um.. NO

Afflictions of Venus, Mars, CERES 1, JUNO 3, VESTA 4, PSYCHE 16, SAPPHO 80, HERA 103, VALENTINE 447, EROS 433, CUPIDO 763, AMOR 1211, APHRODITE 1388, ANTEROS 1943, ADONIS 2101, and Pan 4450 [when 7 or more are affected] would be a good indicator.

Furthermore, I would'nt be looking towards the 5th house for answers at all... Not where this is the question. A study of the houses will indicate the 8th a more likely place to peek.

-Hope this helps you some...

Ive read, and unfortunately i dont rememeber where, that strong squares to Uranus indicate bisexuality, im not exactly sure about homosexually though,
...nice thread =)
Btw, in my chart my Uranus conjuncts my Saturn (0) Squares my Mars (1) and my Venus (7) along with some other relatively positive aspects.. ive done a lot of experimenting starting from a very young age

Another interesting note: More times than not, I've found Saturn to be Retrograde in the First house of firstborn children, of a homosexual parent. This even includes adopted children!

I believe there is a book called 'Homosexuality in the Horoscope'...

Edit: I just checked and apparently the author of this book, Karl Guenter Heimsoth, only used known gay people or people he suspected might be gay as examples.

Here's an article by a lesbian astrologer:

Supposedly, Mutable signs are more likely to be gay. But I'm noticing a LOT of Cardinal homosexuals recently too. Of course there will be gay people of every sign but I would have said that Fixed peeps are probably the least likely to experiment with their own gender.

That said, I'm VERY Fixed and have a bit of a BI brain....!
