In a general way, I think these two signs are very compatible, especially if the Virgo man is not a stick-in-the-mud because the Leo likes to socialize and be adored. Also, it's even better if the Leo doesn't have too too much fire and is not too impulsive, if she's one of the more grounded Leo's.
