Capricorn slipped my mind - being a Cap, i tend to think of all the other 11 signs. So throw Cappy in there too, we are so concerned with our public image... OK i just decided to erase male Cappy from that list. rememebrs a few too many of them and sighs Maybe in saying that Virgo and Pisces are polite, i am thinking about them being the most considerate and sensitive... which translates into politeness. They are probably the more approachable of the signs in the zodiac, at least in my experience. (Oh and female Cappies are too! hehe). IP: Logged

Different things appeal to different people/signs, so what one person might find polite might be someone else's interpretation of 'proper' as put earlier by someone. I can't help thinking, when I come across it, that they could have said the same thing in a completely different way, and not offended anybody. Of course, I am speaking of unevolved Sags here... Totally generalized obviously, everyone can be rude under the right circumstances. But Scorps have that sense of honor to live up to, Cancers are just so damn empathetic and nice, Libras are the diplomats of the zodiac, Virgos are the sign of service, and Cappys can be very prim and proper. Arnicka unregistered	posted January 31, 2005 07:35 PM GingerB - That's my combo and you are so right on It does kinda surprise them My vote is for Virgo men (regarding women, I'm undecided). I could say Libra, but there's that back and forth thing and sometimes a certain expectation or demand of "I'm nice just so you can be nice so that I can get something back." OK, maybe not the right way to word that one! Or maybe that's just looking to deeply into that subject. I agree with the comment of politeness (the non-whipped cream and strawberries variety) and honor regarding Scorps. I have been so very impressed by so many of them. Vote goes to Virgo simply regarding the "service" and need to "be of help/use" etc. associated (sp?) with the sign. It's just so deeply ingrained (it seems) into their sense of self-worth. Then again one could also look at Venus-Saturn aspects regarding niceness and "favors" in respect to worth. OK maybe that's going a lil too deep as well. Moon conj Venus is definitely concerned with all this politeness mess. Virgo for men. (OK I'll be different and say Aries as well as they can exhibit surprising sensitivity.) *** Women, possibly,....(I have virtually no experience with Virgo or Aries women) so I'll say Scorpio. Hands down they take the polite prize. Every single Aries I have ever known has been extremely polite and well-mannered. My dad, who was also an Aries, was VERY strict with me when it came to showing good manners when I was a child. He made sure that I always said 'please' & 'thank you' when it was required in a social setting. And when I failed to do so, this Virgo was in a LOT of trouble. IP: Logged

I'm very polite & nice, (heck I'm so nice & polite that I've found myself saying 'excuse me' to a desk or table when bumping into it) but you might want to be sitting if you ever push me off the cliff and start stepping on my finger's, cause when i finally have enough of the BS, well, I'm right on target, and go straight for the throat, and it's all so very true, that all that's left for you to do is hoist that bottom lip back up there with the top. (clearly, not something I enjoy having to do, but when doing something, I always do my best) Then I calmly & cooly satchet/exit my sweet self, stage left. IP: Logged

I have a lot of friends who are scorpios and they are sometimes too harsh on their words when dealing with incompetency. Us Cancerians are too moody and we're kind of rude when dealing with customers, etc etc. One of my best friends is a Pisces and it is a wonder how she can deal with the most rudest, the most tactless people. She takes it in with such stride and grace. I dunno how she does it!! IP: Logged
