Here is the meaning for a man's sun conjunct your Neptune. If it's your sun and his Neptune change the pronoums. This aspect can indicate a strong psychic link, and a feeling of the relationship being one of fate. He may consider your behavior peculiarly elusive, or even deceptive at times. You can bring out his psychic, intuitive and sometimes spiritual level of consciousness. He can in turn, help you to achieve intuitive awareness. Lanny IP: Logged |

Everything depends on planet's aspectation. I have only positive aspects to my neptune, so whenever I meet someone whose sun conj my neptune I feel very inspired and charmed by this person, just feel like I am swimming in the sea of mystery and higher knowledge. People with their sun on my neptune kind of "activate" my neptunian qualities. If I had stessful aspects to neptune I am sure I would think of these people as deceitful and elusive or they would somehow make me feel being like this. Another example, my sun has lots of stressful aspects (no positive ones)so whenever someone's jupiter falls on my sun, I see these people as arrogant and intolerant, trying to control me, if someone's venus conj my sun I get the impression that the person is vulgar and unpleasant in general. In synastry, when other people's planets make aspects to yours they just activate the 'quality' of your own aspects. It feels like they have their planet with "your aspects". Their planet (e.g. venus) might be very positively aspected in thier own chart but you could never feel this, you would feel their planet with your own aspects. Hope I made myself clear IP: Logged |

Peri,Hmm..Im confused a bit now from your explanation of synastry. So lets start with using your own example of your Sun. Your Sun only has negative aspects. So then let's say your Sun trined my Sun; You would still experience a negative reaction from my Sun? IP: Logged |

I think Chester got it right, the explanation from Peri that is.Before comparing the charts, doing syanstry or making the composite, davidson whatever, you have to check out both charts individually, to see how's it like in that person "shoes", so to speak. For example, my Nepune is the apex of a t-square, involving mercury and saturn. If another one's sun connects to this t-square, it would be conjunct my neptune, but also squared by saturn and mercury, which would mean according to peri's theory that I see him as restrictive and I wouldn't like the way he communicates. This is in theory, in practice - it all depends on how you integrated your chart, and resolved the conflicts within. I do have a very dear friend which I love deeply, whose sun conjuncts my Nepune so... IP: Logged |
