It's the number values Linda used in Numerology. They can also be found in Star Signs. It's the Chaldean-Hebrew Kabala Numerological Alphabet. A-1 R-2 C-3 H-5 E-5 R-2 1+2+3+5+5+2=18 1+8=9 18 This is the number of materialism trying to destroy the spiritual side of the nature. One must be spiritual and meet deception and hatred from others with generosity, love and forgiveness. One must turn the other cheek and return good for evil, kindness for cruelty, honesty for dishonesty, and honor for dishonor. Number eighteen is used for one's greatest achievement towards enlightenment and illumination. This is the number of the greatest testing of the soul for its worthiness. 9 Number nines are aggressive fighters. They tend to have a difficult early life but their strength and determination assist them to bring success to their life later on. They do not like to have a master, and would prefer to be the master. They are great leaders for any cause. They may be impulsive and are prone to accidents due to fire or explosions and will rarely escape this tendency in their lifetime. Their home life may be tumultuous with their in-laws or in their own family. They like to be the head of their household. Number nine people should carry out their most important events on the 9th, 18th or 27th day of any month. Nine's lucky jewels are ruby, garnet, and the bloodstone, best if one of these is worn next to their skin. http://www.numerologyforlife.us/index.html

(*EDIT* Hey LS! We must've posted around the same time Anyhow, I'll leave mine in too)Hey Archer, Linda uses Chaldean Numerology. I learnt about it from 'Star Signs'. I haven't got it with me, so I'll do my best to explain All numbers have a vibrational frequency; our planet is built on numbers. Each letter has an individual meaning, planet and day; 1 - A - I - J - Q - Y - SUN - Sunday 2 - B - K - R - MOON - Monday 3 - C - G - L - S - JUPITER - Thursday 4 - D - M - T - URANUS 5 - E - H - N - X - MERCURY - Wednesday 6 - U - V - W - VENUS - Friday 7 - O - Z - NEPTUNE 8 - F - P - SATURN - Saturday 9 - MARS & PLUTO - Tuesday Pythagoras (spelling?) was the first to develop numerology. However, Chaldean Numerology is our civilisation's more recent attempts to fuse sound and number. With this system, you can decode any word you like, like your name for example; to obtain the frequency definition. For example ARCHER = 1 + 2 + 3 + 5 + 5 + 2 = 18 I think the definitions are somewhere on the site. If I find it I will post it for you, however if you have a copy of Star Signs, do look it up. I hope this helps?

The interpretations of all the numbers are available in Universal Codes, transcribed from Linda's Star Signs. There are several threads, and they're old, so you'll have to do a bit of digging.IP: Logged |

*beams with pride to be a sistah to LS* btw, for those who are new to this and don't have a copy of Star Signs for reference, don't forget that the numbers 11 and 22 do not reduce. If they're part of a compound name, they may be added to other numbers, but do not reduce them. I believe Dean (sesame, moderator at Universal Codes) has a program for Linda's numerology system, if you'd like to investigate further. IP: Logged |

Archer: Six people are loved and worshipped by those they magnetically attract and draw to them. They tend to be romantic and love beautiful things, making very attracting homes. They lean towards music and art. When they are arguing they will fight to the death out of their sense of duty towards whatever person or cause they are endeared to. Number sixs will make more friends than any other number with the exception of number five. Number six people should carry out their most important events on the 6th, 15th, and 24th day of any month. Sixs lucky jewel is the turquoise and should be worn next to the skin if possible; also the emerald is lucky for them.24 ~ Sex -- Money -- Power See also the single number six. This is a very highly favored karmic number which has been earned through past efforts. One is promised assistance from those in power, and indicates a very close association with people of high rank and position. This number will increase one's financial success, and one will achieve happiness in love. One will have an extremely attractive magnetism which is attractive to the opposite (or same) sex. There is a warning--one must not be self-indulgent or arrogant … or one will revert to number eighteen (18) or number twenty-nine (29) in the next life if this very fortunate vibration is abused. One must avoid promiscuity because the opportunity will always be there. IP: Logged |

please remember though, about 11 and 22:they do reduce in the instance of the birth number ~ if your birthday is, for example, 12.11.80, then you have a single birth number of 2 -- it does apply. this is the only exception to the non-reducing of the master numbers rule. IP: Logged |

oh sorry, there is one other exception:from page 190 of star signs (paperback): quote: Only when the total of the numerical value of the name is 11 or 22 may these numbers be added to produce the single 2 or 4 as the Key Number of the name....
