I use one called Llewellyn's Astrological Pocket Planner. It's great you can see the moon's signs and phases and alot more. They give you a three year ephemeris in the back so you can see all of the planetary movements. It's really good to know so you can see when tranisiting planets will be hitting your natals.

Also the moon changes signs every two-two and a half days so I dont see how you could have a Cap or Libra moon. It's a bit of a jump. On the day you were born it was only in one sign (although it couldve been switching or at the end of one sign - you should be able to accurately tell either or)Youve got to go to astro.com and find out your moon sign!! It's one of the most important aspects of you! Really you should be able to see it from there. Since you dont know your birthtime you can put in 12:00pm. That will make - for the most part - the planets accurate but the houses wont be correct and you obviously wont know your rising sign.

The next new moon will be in Pisces on March 10th at 4:10am at 19 degrees Pisces.

The full moon will be on the 25th of March at 3:58pm at 5 degrees Libra.

This Full Moon is landing right on my Lunar Nodes so this should be an interesting one. Not sure what to expect.

You can do the same wishes as the last new moon if you'd like. But why not change a few. Maybe take some out and think up a couple of new ones? I'm not sure what house it is in in your chart because I dont know your rising sign. The rising sign starts off your whole chart and sets up your house system. But you are right about Pisces being in it's natural home of the 12th house and with this new moon you may want to add in some "Piscean type wishes". From what I read it's good to stick with some of the themes of whatever sign the new moon is in. Of course you dont have to limit yourself to them though. I'll type out a bit on this lunation from a magazine I have. It is really totally up to you. The new moon is a great day to say affirmations too.

My moon is squaring that Venus in Gemini. It's in Virgo in the 8th house. Triple earth sign here, with a Cappy rising. My Venus in Gem and Mars in Leo spice things up a bit though. hehe.
