They'll wait forever and a day Mars in Aries here, and my money is still on Scorpio Mars Of course, provided that we're talking about a war and not a battle, in which case Aries could get lucky and leave Scorpio lying down. But they'll rise from their own ashes and strike back with a vengeance, so still Scorpio, hands down. Imo, Mars in Taurus and Cap would make much better opponents for Mars in Scorpio. Aries simply does not have the endurance and will not engage further if he senses he won't win. Also, we're the infants of the zodiac, we lack manipulation skills and tactics. IP: Logged |

I'm an Aries Mars who is not very fond of Scorpio Mars males, so its very amusing to have come across this thread six years later. Thosa always did have some interesting topics.

I am AriesMars,I'd also say ScorpioMars would win. Yes,I agree on how similar Mars' kids r,but I second Maira that we should put some CappyMars in there, cuz CappyMars would win the war. The main reason AriesMars would fail is that they don't like foul, secret play,manipulation... It's cowrdish, without honor and integrity; They r like knights-noble sentiments and action, and war/battle can be done under particular rules. I feel at some point AriesMars would find ScorpioMars not worthy opponent, and would walk away.IP: Logged |

quote: aries however tends to be the most unfazed by praise or persecution. they tend to be just like their birthstone, unbreakable. the real fact is is that aries is the FIGHT of the zodiac. all of that energy comes mars, the supreme ruler of aries, no pluto to dilute it, it is PURE fight. thats why aries is the god of war. they are to be respected, admired, and followed. thats just the way it is. a lot of people dont like it, and aries has gotten a pretty bad rep in the zodiac, but thats just the way it is. SerpeantKing, I have to agree with what you said. I'm an Aries sun,Sagittarius Moon with my mars in Aries, but Venus and mercury in Pisces helps to soften those blows with some emotional perspective. I choose my battles wisely and never back down. I do my best in that I try not to start a fight, but I always finish one. lol and if it's with a guy that i'm attracted to, well let's just say, he isn't going to mind loosing. IP: Logged |

Honestly I'm sounding biased, but our will is purer and therefore accomplishes more. No offense, but Scorpio Mars always gets lost in psychological agendas and so much intrigue until the sting themselves...or shoot themselves in the foot. Just in my experience.IP: Logged |

can an actual scorpion kill a ram? physical fight wise i'm not one for stamina as i'm a lazy taurus sun that hates cardio, but i'd love to please the crowd with my leo moon so i'd make a huge entrance and try my best to put on a show, with scorpio mars i'll also probably club your knee in the parking lot tanya harding style if i lose heheh just kidding! i like the idea of capricorn/taurus mars being stronger than both. ali was a cap sun. I would be more scared of a Mars-in-Scorpio person than of a Mars-in-Aries person. Mars in Aries only scream, punch and yell while Mars in Scorpio stays calm until the right opportunity to strike you on your weakest point! ... IP: Logged |

The best mafia don was played by a Taurus...saturn affinity? The mafia is a very structured organization so saturn makes more sense, but there are Scorpio themes involved (and cancerian...hello, family? Or is that mostly in the Italian one?)IP: Logged |

Well said BM. I've decided to resurrect an old topic. This debate always drives me up the wall especially as a fellow Mars in Aries. Some fighters we are allowing this debate to lean heavy on the Martian Scorpions. Personally, I've been dealing with confrontation my whole life. The fight pulsates through my veins. I own it, it's in my blood. I also have Moon in Aries which just intensifies and lights all my emotions on fire. Anyways, if we are talking strictly fighting, it's Aries all the way. Rams delight in the fight, it's their namesake, their joie de vivre. Martian Arians are the Ultimate Warriors. I like Mars in Scorpio as much as the next person and I see the vast potential there but there's one key difference. Emotions. Emotions are the fuel to the engine that is Scorpio so of course there would have to be a massive intention on their part. Emotions cloud judgment and that's why they resort to playing underhandedly and obliterate the rules. I had a friend who was Moon and Mars in Scorpio, Libra Sun. I have Moon and Mars in Aries, Libra Sun. We were two very passionate women. She was stone cold, and could make an Army General cry. That was until her emotions were exposed, then she crumbled. I've always been stone cold period. Mars in Aries makes you aware that the only thing that matters is the fight, and wining isn't up for discussion it's a requirement. Your very existence depends on it. Everything can dissolve in the face of battle for Aries. The thing is in a fair game Aries will always win and honorably. They'll even impress their enemies with their courage and decency. Martian Scorpio's don't play fair, because intention is laced with emotions and because of that, the question of whom could win can't be answered. The answer is contaminated on account of improbability to measure efficacy and accuracy. The truth is Scorpio will always behave underhandedly when it comes to their intentions in a fight and Aries will always play fair and courageously because of their dignified spirit. This is the dilemma. IP: Logged |

Dude, I should've read the thread before I posted because I almost said this exactly. Although I'd say it's more that Mars in Aries is all bark and no bite and thinks they're scarier and tougher than they really are, and Mars in Scorpio is the one that actually lives up to all the hype Mars in Aries puts out but can't back up. I'd go up against a Mars in Aries in a split-second; it's Mars in Scorpio that I'd think about carefully before I jumped in. Although it should be said here that a lot of other Mars signs are way tougher than you'd assume; I've seen a LOT of really feisty people with Mars in signs you wouldn't assume would be fighters, like Mars in Libra... The truth is we can't measure who would win. They express their strengths differently and use different methods. It's like comparing a street fighter with a nuclear chemist. One uses their fist's the other using their scientific tools. Teach the chemist to become a street fighter, and demand they both play by the rules, we'd see the true warrior. But MIS doesn't play by the rules. In college I had a MIS professor who did her best to get me expelled because she was JEALOUS of me. That's right jealous I guess I was a little to cocky in class, she thought she'd put me in my place. She fired up my Mars in Aries and I confronted her then went straight to the Dean of my University. It was nuts. She didn't succeed but she had some unbridled hatred for me, and caught me so off guard it had a major psychological effect on me. She played dirty, it was disgusting and she was a tenured professor, no respect for that B#$%$. It would never be a fair fight because they resort to vile methods to get what they want. I wouldn't and have never done that. MIA keeps it fair and dignified. It really is all a matter of perception. They both have stamina, and incredibly willpower, and are fearless.

i agree mars in scorpio will not fight fair. but what are the rules in real life? no punching in the face and below the belt? they would probably even include your children/descendants if you have any. kinda like the count of montecristo or heathcliff in wuthering heights. plus if they go to jail for murder some might be crazy enough to think it was worth it.also aren't mars in aries more into race car driving or something? and mars in scorpio, i dunno. i don't associate this mars with actual fighting like a boxer or mma guy. not many actual fighters when i look at the roster for both signs in astrotheme. also kinda looks at like: angelina jolie (mars in aries) vs. jennifer aniston (mis) but then oprah is mars in scorpio. who can beat oprah? Anyone beats Oprah in my book I think she's incredibly hypocritical but I do see your point, Sand. MIS can surely magnetize the masses. I challenge your Oprah and raise you Che Guevara (Mars in Aries) he went down fighting. I hate the Aniston/Angelina game but I'll bite. Who can beat Lara Croft? Rachel Green I think not. On top of being awesome Angie's an incredible humanitarian. Those Martian Arians sure are honorable. IP: Logged |
