Hi gotta quick questions. Does anyone know what means when another's North Node (in Pisces) falls in your 7th house. I know the seventh is for like partnerships and marriage etc. ThanksIP: Logged |

Kay -It's not easy to find info on Synastry with Nodes, but I MAY have some info here somewhere. Please bump this up in a few days if I have not responded back. But I'm thinking, a NN in Pisces in the other's 7th would make the romance stronger. The 7th House Person must feel comfortable with this Pisces NN energy, and if they are, it should be beautiful... Anyone else have this placement in Synastry? ------------------ ... it's better to light a candle than curse the darkness IP: Logged |

Astro junkie, it sounds good to me. The reason I asked is because a guy I'm seeing his north node in pisces falls in my 7th house. I do feel comfortable with him almost too comfortable that it scares me. I think he feels the same way.IP: Logged |

Astro Junkie, I use to date a guy that had his N. Node [Can] in my 6th house, and my N. North [Ari] was in his 3rd. Can you give me a brief explaination of what those placements signify? Are the placements considered 'good' or 'bad'?-Jessica IP: Logged |

I think the nodes have a karmic influence, so you might have a past life connection with this person. His North Node in your 7th seems like he would benefit from your relationship. (It's like a little tiny Jupiter.)IP: Logged |

Well, it would depend on different factors...but it could be socially--like it opens up a new social life for the person w/the north node in the other's 7th House...or it could be in lifestyle...it could manifest different ways...it could cause the person to go with different trends than he did before.IP: Logged |

You know, I think the nodes must mean something because in all my romantic relationships (7), serious and short-lived ones both, my north node is either in their first or seventh house. More often in their 7th. And most of them have their north node in my 12th house. I think there must be some karmic thing going on.IP: Logged |

Welcome to the board, PaidVacation! I think the karma angle is worth exploring. I've known three men with their NN in my VII, two with NN in my IV, and two with NN in my III. I'm excited to see what A.J. may come up with. IP: Logged |

Almost An Angel -
Yikes! I'm not close to getting the info on all this yet, but I'll take a shot at it. NN in Cancer in other's 6th House, lot's of emphasis on all things domestic, especially keeping a clean/tidy/well-oiled home. Needs to be an emphasis on cooperation here. NN in Aries in other's 3rd - lots of socializing, lots of communication, and possible impulsiveness on BOTH sides. But the Aries person may feel they finally found their soapbox. IP: Logged |

Poissons -Again, I'll try to answer. The 7th House person is sort of the "welcomer" or the "denier". If they like that NN Pisces energy, they will welcome it in their 7th House, and therefore, all things 7th House. Azalaksh - I too have seen a pattern with the NN in Synastry for myself. I wonder if truly happily married couples have some commonality in this respect. Now ... if we can just find ... two happily married people ... for our experiment ... IP: Logged |

Paid Vacation- I forgot to mention that not only does their NN fall in my 7th but my NN falls in there 12th just like some of your relationships. Geez what does that mean? What types of experiences were your relationships? If I'm being to nosey let me know. Just interested in case I may need to break away. LOLIP: Logged |

most astrologers agree that nodal connections are extremely important in synastry, and i would concur. i found this site (which many of you have possibly seen) not that long ago...i thought i would post it for those who haven't seen it: http://www.cafeastrology.com/synastry.html you haveta scroll down a bit to the bottom. it gives like a score sheet for compatibility. what i find interesting is that in the strongest compatibility category the north node is heavily stressed. Strongest Compatibility in Synastry (weight 4) Sun conjunct Descendant Sun conjunct or opposition Vertex Sun conjunct North Node Sun hard aspect (conjunct, semi-square, square, opposition) Sun/Moon midpoint Sun in 7th house Moon conjunct Descendant Moon conjunct or opposition Vertex Moon conjunct North Node Moon hard aspect (conjunct, semi-square, square, opposition) Sun/Moon midpoint Ascendant conjunct North Node the cool thing i think you guys might be interested in is that some of the aspects listed you can click on, and get a synopsis of what that aspect in synastry means.
