M-V conjunction in Gemini in 5th house. I like to create something beautiful using my hands, whether thats in music (guitar/keyboard/sticks) or poetry (writing). These are hobbies. I think it gives some sort of symmetry in our appearance. But other aspects can come into play as well. I am high strung too but that may be because I drink alot of caffeine.

How come I don't remember posting this? LOL

I like it!

She's not just looking at it; she's interacting with it…I’m seeing how the act of relating to a flower appears to be so simple. Yet, it takes a tremendous amount of courage to make such a “simple” act important. Now, the lotus is floating away.”

piscesmoon,

I have Mercury conjunct Venus in Libra in the 6th house which is Virgo-I always thought it was Libra because most of the house falls in it looking at my chart but I recently checked it out and I don't have a Libra house, it goes from Virgo to Scorpio. I don't have an Aries house either. And both my 3rd and 4th house are Cancer. My 9th and 10th are Capricorn. I don't know how that works but anyway, I digress.

Sounds like you are simply using the default house system on astro. They do have intercepted signs and houses. But with Equal house system, this cannot happen.

I use Equal House system (where each cusp is same as Ascendant) and am a modern astrologer. Lots of newcomers come into Astrology/forums and get a free chart from astro and the default ‘house system’ used is Placidus and think that’s just the norm and all there is……..BUT that is just the tip of the iceberg. You can change the default on astro.com in Extended Chart selection to Equal house and a few others if you wish to experiment…..

Within the mainstream are placidus/equal houses (the default on astro is placidus) only difference being some planets may move from one house to another thereby altering it's interpretation and it's 'only' with research will you find which /planets 'fit you' in which houses. So my advice, do two charts, research any planets that move houses and see which you identity with - simple

Yes, in Aries, both Trine Uranus and Square Moon.

I'm very sensitive, not sociable, not good at public speaking, but at least I have a beautiful handwriting. I never attack first, but I have to fight back all the time, because otherwise others won't understand me.

In school, matheatics weren't my strong point. My strong point is languages. I speak 4 languages fluently.

Literature ? I like, but not those heavy boring books.

Music ? Yes, Oui, Si !!! From Lady Gaga to classical music.

Painting ? I adore Italian Rennaisance and French painters.

I like good food. I like movies. I like travelling. I like, I like I like

I love to create and am inspired by art. So, in that respect, I agree with what was written.

I have Mercury conjunct Venus in Aquarius and my boyfriend has it in Capricorn. The parts about being artistic or involved with the arts in some way, having a nice speaking voice, and loving to talk are certainly true

The only part I take issue with is 'healthy nerves'. For that I'd look more at the moon sign, I think? My boyfriend has anxiety which shows through in nervous habits. I actually attribute this to his mutable fiery moon, makes it hard for him to sit still, he even has mild RLS.

"The heaven born mind..." (Alan Leo)

Venus in conjunction or parallel with Mercury ... [makes] the mind artistic, inspirational, or ingenious. It is of course best in earth or air; in the latter it increases inspiration for music, poetry, philosophy, or whatever is indicated by sign: in Gemini it might produce a great writer or scientist. ... ... In fiery signs the mental creative sides is stimulated, but its strongest influence is in the direction of either organizing or of promoting new ideas. - C. G. M. Adam

The heaven born mind, which is artistic, refined and pure love desire. This is the only aspect or position of Mercury which leaves it absolutely free to rise into the heaven world - the Deva Kingdom. - - - [the] conjunction stands as a very real symbol of the potential activity of Buddhi or intuition. - Alan Leo

Mercury in conjunction with Venus is a very good position, refining the mental qualities and causing your mind to be sympathetic, artistic and poetical ... [Mercury-Venus positive aspect] very greatly improves the vibrations of Mercury making the mind soft and gentle, inclined towards the fine arts, reading and poetry. Your mind will be merry and cheerful, and more or less light-hearted and free. ... you should know how to entertain others and also how to give them pleasure. The conjunction of Mercury and Venus shows an affable manner and social grace. You can get along with most people because you understand the art of compromise. Through the conjunction of these two planets ... the qualities of the love-wisdom aspect of the cosmic can predominate in the native's life. ... ... I have this. I wouldn't consider myself artistic, but when I was younger I used to play instruments & sing. I used to write a lot too. I have an imaginative mind & in high school we had to write stories anonymously & pass them around class. My classmates loved my stories, they had no idea I was the one who wrote them. I don't do any of those things anymore, growing up is getting in the way.

I have Mercury conjunct Venus in the 1st in Capricorn, both conjunct Saturn and Neptune too, and all of those planets but Venus conjunct my Ascendant. I've always been into art and flexing my imagination, being a talented artist/photoshopper up until the end of high scool... then took up cooking as a job and DJing dance music for venues/clubs each weekend.. even talking can be an art, knowing how words can spark images in the mind, you can take people on a mental journey through stories. i've always liked doing things that let me be expressive and creative.
