However, subjectively it seems more possible. Im ScorpCapLeo , but I often feel more like a Sag and though the fact that Libra ended up my most powerful sign is a bit surprising, it isn't out of the question. I know i've heard it before and will venture a guess that it means you have X number of planets in one house... ?? Also, according to this chart by Pullen, he has me as having a 29 degree Gemini Rising but I belive I have a 0 degree Cancer Rising. I've had my chart done and i've also used some programs to do it and it always seems to differ slightly (always using the Placidius method).
