Yes,, how would Sag Mars be a weaker mars ?

I think Aqua Mars is more sporadic as far as pysical activity.. Periods of not doing to much moving around,, then a few months of doing nothing but always on the go and active.

Now that is me. From mid-August until mid- to late-May, I'm constantly on the go, and from late-May to early/mid-August I'm in a constant state of rest. :-P

I honestly can't tell how Aqua Mars is supposed to be like on its own. I have it conjunct my Sun and Mercury, and in the 10th house. And I'm not lazy, although I would like to be. I think being Selective of what to take action in, would describe Aqua Mars better.

I think everyone is lazy. I mean, humans , in general, are lazy beings. We try to find an easy way to do things. Or we just don't bother about doing things that needs effort.

Hi Sandy ! Yea..well.i do reckon the piscean moon does sometimes give me the sudden oerwhelming urge to just drop everything and simply idle the day away and day dream... even though i may have 101 things to do! ahhh.. but i sure love those dreams! So calming to just day dream..and make believe. he he!

A sharp contrast to intense all-focused scorpio!

But, nay... I wouldnt call it lazy. Perhaps merely being in deep thought.

Remember, it's not always a matter of being "lazy" - sometimes one can have their mind full of ideas, meaning they have an active mind. The information can be used at a later time and useful as part of ones experience in life. But I think of "lazy" as how someone would judge themselves or someone else to be. Libra's like me are notorious for appearing "lazy", when perhaps, it's organized chaos, or just thoughts which haven't manifested yet.

There are other placements which should be considered, such as what Degree the Mars is in, or what House the Mars is in, or how the Mars is Aspected.

From what I've learned so far, a Mars in it's early Degrees is like having a Mars in it's infant stages, not yet fully aware or experienced. For example, I have Mars in Scorpio, but it's in a very early degrees, so I never feel like I truly "own" that placement. Like a have a hangover from the Mars' experience having known the Sign before it, Libra.

An impulsive energy in an early degrees may appear to be even more impulsive because it is not experienced yet.

And again, a Mars in a certain Sign might not be a matter of being "lazy" as much as having a "scatter brain" effect.

Yeah, laziness can have all kinds of definitions.

At the moment (though I could come up with many), laziness to me has physical manifestations - like mental idleness, lack of initiative, weight gain (not due to health issue, but just not eating right and not being physically active), static energy, problems that stay for too long, low motivation, wasting time with too much: TV, internet, lying around, shopaholics, alcohol, drugs, food, living at home long past young adulthood for no good reason, and long durations of unemployment. And lastly, *always* opting for an easy way out and not seeking challenges for growth. A consistent record of making judgements based on short-term rewards because of a lack of discipline.

In my own experience, I have observed Earth Signs demonstrating the above behavior the most.

I think capricorns are discriminated against in terms of laziness. I woke up at 3 today, and i haven't been outside in at least 50 something hours. Too lazy to think. And i'm generally too lazy to post on this site. Now seriously, how can you top that?

i agree with aphrodite, there are so many different kinds of laziness, different factors that contribute to it.

i am a total workaholic, nerd who takes like 6 classes and works 30 hrs a week and still manages to sit my fat a$$ down on the net to do 23,396 mars/uranus readings per night

i am def. lazy in the sports sense ive never been involved in any sports or dance i am a chubby one. i love to prance around and be hyper and climb stairs but thats the extent of my goofy physical grandeur.

i sleep a lot too, i get up when i have to, becoz im always so pressed for time so i try to get 8-10 hrs of sleep every nite i guess that is more than average for most college students (!).

mars in gem,
libra rising, venus in seventh (argh that doesnt help. )
2nd house stellium, with moon there, so tendency to overindulge in pleasures of the flesh. (altho that stellium is scorp, so i am always yelling at myself and trying to gain some control )

Love
SG

Hi lovely* luv- I see you have the Libra/Mars thang goin on too! yes, my Pluto is indeed conjunct my Sun in Libra. Sun is 10* and Pluto is 11* so they're very close, cuddling infact HEHE. What does that mean?

Dunno if it makes a difference in lazyness, but, I have been noticing all the Scorp aspects I have which I never really paid attention to! This is just 1 of them. But that is another thread...

Hexxie one of my astrologers in town has his sun in Aqua, moon in Libra and Gem rising 28/29 deg. Interesting.

I'm sure Pluto conjunct Sun plays a big part in laziness or lack thereof

Beebuddy, I have not delved much, but I know Pluto energizes Mars quite a bit and cancels the "detriment" label Mars Libra somewhat. It's in the 4th house.

LOL everyone is COMPETING for the title of LAZIEST! is that an oxymoron or what?

i was going to say ME too...leo sun, pisces moon...in terms of keeping on keeping on, i lose hands down. i act when i am good and ready, or when emergency or inspiration call me to action. but i could spend the first week of a two week holiday doing nothing but reading, sleeping, thinking...and not feel i had wasted a minute. in fact i could spend most of MOST days that way...

but i rarely get the effing chance!
