The Gemini has to get along with all the Taurus's friends, and the Taurus has to be financially secure enough to create a pleasant environment for the Gemini to always come home to. They have to live together so that the Gemini has the structure and the Taurus has the communication. Taurus has to get the social life elsewhere as the Gemini likes to overcommit among many, and sometimes needs to withdraw and be pampered.

The home has to be more of a sanctuary than a showplace, otherwise the Taurus will get overrun. Best case, to have a social friend, preferably a Sag or Leo, with a house for parties. Both need to do a lot of activities, so a boat is good.

All in all, the Taurus has to have security financially and say nice things to the Gemini all the time, even when the Gemini is sarcastic. Geminis can dish it out but don't like to take it and the Taurus has to cope by remembering that Geminis are sensitive and are loyal if needed.

Both have to need each other and be very loyal, the Taurus has to be stroked by friends the Gemini can respect intellectually, and a drink every one in a while helps (the Taurus).

Both times I have been involved with Geminis, they had lots of earth and water in their charts, and they were the ones who wanted to live together although hated the words settled down, that's how we lived.

Libras are like this too, they love other air signs for that reason-living as companions, with respect but with tons of friends who are not the center of their lives, but instead are there to enhance their lives.
The secret is to make the other the most important person, and still be social.

For a Taurus it's hard to do as we have big hearts and fall in love easily and show it, I have learned to make one person the VIP at a time and not share my heart, sentiments, and dreams too openly unless it's to someone who is part of life or at least my future. It keeps me moving.

Other that another Gemini, I would say Cancers get along with Gemini with Venus in Cancer. Sag do not seem to work long term.

I've only experienced these. I'd say they are very true. Only from the sun point of view of course.

I am not sure what in case of a gem with venus in cancer but as a general rule , gems are the last people to interest us (leaving the sex interest) , i dont think they are our type , although i have seen gems to be graet friends with cancer .
infact i know of gems who have wept in front of cancers only, bearing thier souls,among all thier friends .
