ok, got the book: "Solar Arcs, Astrology's Most Successful Predictive System" by Noel Tyl.i did some checking my arcs, and on the day that my former relationship dissipated, SA (solar arc) chiron = moon. so chiron had arced to hard aspect with my natal moon -- it was exact on the day of the breakup. tyl doesn't offer any interpretation of chiron in his book, but i suspect this is v. significant.
on the day i met this guy, about 2 years before the breakup, which occured last year, uranus had arced into hard aspect with my natal sun. it was exact on the day we met. tyl says of this combo, "intensified feeling of ego aggrandizement; excited state in relationship; possible breakup."
i still have some more research to do. this is all pretty fascinating to me, i can definitely see the power of arcs.
oh, the one thing i learned is that an arc of say, pluto to the natal jupiter/pluto midpoint is not valid. you cannot have the same planet on both sides of the equation. just so you know.
anyone have an arc theyd like to share, and ill check tyl's interp?
