The issues I'm going to focus on will be the area of your life which you've come back to repair, and the manner in which you do it ... I can't really lay out any premise yet because I still have more questions. Thanks for all the feedback, and please be honest. I'm NOT trying to fit a square peg in a round hole, but rather, see if we can attribute any of our personal experiences with Abolus.

As far as Aspects, I'm going to look at Conjunctions first, and then see if anything pops out as I go along.

The reparation in the present may be dogged by Squares or Oppositions to Abolus. But you might still feel the intention strongly. You may be frustrated by delays, but pursue the "reparation" strongly as if it were your calling.

Chiron may be more about how we are able to heal others and what we bring to life. The House may be the arena that would tend to take place. But maybe Abolus has more to do with a personal healing very specific to oneself and in a specific area of ones personal life :::

I can really relate to that, seriously!

I bet that's one reason why all my life, even a very small child, I'd have night & daydreams, about standing up to whomever, telling them they could take me, do whatever, take my life even, as long as they would leave the other's alone, even my father, i'd take his place, rather than know he was harmed in any way, and he was a professional soldier. I always wondered why, even then, that i should have such strong feelings about that.

And "Independence"!

I'd say both because when you are held hostage, you associate yourself with the feelings of the "hostage taker" more than you do with your own. And goes without saying, they are not acknowledging yours.

I'm not an unjealous person but I usually don't let it overtake me. I HATE jealousy expressions in men - it scare me! Whenever I see it I run away. The man I really loved did cheat on me badly and it hurt me tremendously.

As for not tolerating a relationship that has negative effects on me - you got that spot on!
