Thanks!

My friend (who is a guy) has Saturn in the 5th house and the house cusp is in Taurus which is said to be "moderate fruitful" and he has a daughter.
I don't know if it's different for guys or not but if the 5th house represents kids in general then it shouldn't matter if he is a guy.

Hi there!! Saturn in 5th house here and i have two daughters!! I was also pregnant once before them with twins but had a miscarriage. I think Saturn affects me by making me be the more serious caregiver, I have a hard time being the fun one with the kids but im very adamant about feeding them and making sure they have clothes and everything for school so i think it gives you maturity where children are concerned. I would look to other aspects in the chart to indicate infertility. Maybe moon square saturn in 5th house or square mars might lean more towards problems conceiving.

I ve seen Moon oppo Saturn in a few womens charts that are having a hard time getting pregnant. They are still relatively young but have been trying for years with no success.
IMO that's a good indicator of fertility problems in women.

I have saturn on the fifth house. I've never had any pregnancies or anything EXCEPT when I took the birth control pill for a year and a half and had two miscarriages.

I did find out due to more difficulties caused by the pill that I have a bicornuate uterus. It basically means that instead of being pear shaped like it's supposed to be it kind of splits off at some point kind of making it more heart shaped and restricting the amount of room that a fetus would have to fully develop in. I was told that if I were ever to try to conceive I would have to be put on bed rest and monitored early on during pregnancy.

I'm also not too enthusiastic about getting married. Maybe because my parents' marriage is a failure? Anyway I just don't find it necessary to happily share life with a man even for many decades. Wait a minute, what man? I've never been in a relationship and with my attitude it's not going to change quickly but that's not a problem. My Saturn is teaching me hard lessons and that's a problem. Good luck poor things

I have a saturn in capricorn in 5th as well, and I have a love hate relationship with children. I see children and I smile because kids are cute and stuff, but I can only relax after I know their departing schedule. Plus, I can't see myself with them, even in the long run.

My relationships are very intense, and I only allow things to get serious after I'm sure sure, Background check sure about them.

I don't think the 5th house is a good place for Saturn,in the house of fun and creativity.Saturn tends to put a damper on things and this is not where you want it.It's like you are too uptight to really let loose and have fun and always have some inhibitions. There are problems with children,in some cases you are actually scared of them. They bring up a lot of fears. There are blocks to your creativity. You can't fully express yourself.

I have a Cap 5h and Saturn in it too.Let's say, in the romance, creativity and children section, I tend to take things very seriously. It's nice to meet a light-hearted soul.

I have a Saturn in 5th. I had multiple miscarriages.at age 40 I gave birth to my daughter. Pregnancy was difficult the birth was dangerous. I almost died. My LO is healthy and very funny. Love her to pieces. She is also very stubborn and independent.
My moon also is in 5th house (no conj to Saturn)

I also have Saturn in my 5th House. Sadly no siblings to report of yet!
But open to offers to change this!( As I am Male )
But also wondering if relocation enhances this aspect ( Astrocartography), by moving Saturn into the 6th House.... or 4th House....
