Coral Frequency and Seeing Stars, have fun, the two of you? However, Seeing Stars, yes, I admit it I`m acting sometimes a bit paranoid and silly. But I do like my little paranoias now and then (and they don´t harm anyone except for myself). But I do feel a bit uneasy being called "little", cause I certainly am not. I really wish I was more "petite". lol Coral Frequency, I think you´re right to a huge part. But I don´t have a dream surrounding him. I`m realistic enough to accept that he is gay and has his very own life. Still like him, or his artistic image, though. I also still think there is a subtle connection, and of course I can be delusional and wrong. But I`m very certain that you don`t know the truth either. In the end it`s all up to our interpretation of reality (and that goes for EVERY encounter between people, every connection or relationship.). DD IP: Logged |

Small person checking in. Donny Osmond visited Birmingham (U.K) and got mobbed by middle-aged women. I'd only be suprised if he didn't have his own fansite and forum where his eyelids and fingertips get discussed in rapturous detail. This is female sexuality (a version of) - what's the problem? As long as it doesn't get out of hand. Now that is the thing we are saying, right, DD, but you know that? IP: Logged |

The net's flooded with threads about Jessica Alba, Angelina and so on.. I don't think it's female sexuality That's just our social/media obsession with celebrities. Girls tend to make louder - more touchy/feely fans.. but they are like that towards female celebrities as well. Then again you have Britney fans like this one who is a guy and is pretty loud and emotional anyway lol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kHmvkRoEowc That cracks me up. IP: Logged |

Anyway DD - I wanted to say (because the last post is off-topic) - I realize you don't fall in the teeny bobber/fan-crush category. Most reading your posts, would. You've liked his music for a very long time (14 yrs). There would be karma involved, but I don't think it's romantic. IP: Logged |

My guess would be the average man on the net takes a sneaky look at something a bit edgier than Jessica Alba fan sites. Maybe plenty of ladies, too. Hey, as long as no-one gets hurt. Consenting adults and all that. p.s
Donny Osmond getting mobbed cracks me up, gotta say, but he seemed to enjoy it. IP: Logged |

Coral Frequency,I`m glad you know that I am not the usual teenager "stalker". No, I certainly am not like that, and I am no "aggressive" fan. But what I feel is that karma is involved, but I do agree with you, of course it is not romantic. And yet he has meant a lot for my life and influenced it greatly, even if "only" as a public person. I´m not wearing my rose cloured glasses anymore. DD IP: Logged |
