Hey tiny_bubble, I guess I can answer your question because I have the same aspects as the girl you described. My Scorpio Venus and Moon are both conjunct Pluto, and my Venus conjuncts my bf's Pluto in a very tight conjunction. I'm not obsessed with him, but we definitely have strong feelings toward each other. We were very very attatched to one another even in the beginning. But we also are both very Pluto-like (lol, couldn't think of the word..)....He has a Scorpio ASC, Scorpio Mars, Mars and Pluto in the 1st house, Venus trine Pluto, Pluto conjunct his ASC, etc....so our attatchment with each other isn't one-sided. And while the relationship is passionate, we don't play manipulative games with each other...it's a very honest, loving, and trusting relationship. I think that if one person had a lot of Pluto aspects, and the other didn't have any Pluto or Scorpio influence at all...then the Pluto person might be the one to feel the obsession more, because it just amplifies their own Pluto aspects in their natal chart. I'm thinking the opposite, because a person without any significant natal Pluto aspects would be unaccustomed to a Plutonian's intensity.(Although i am not sure if Pluto aspects are more significant than 8th H placements, in a natal chart) IP: Logged |

Oh I so agree with that statement above ^ In the past I've dated guys that had little to no Pluto in their natal chart, and they made me feel like I was trying to eat them alive. Lol! One even told me I was to extreme when it came to sex(whatever he meant by that). I need a man that is just as intense as I am, so we can handle and understand where the other one is coming from...IP: Logged |

But I also think the 'obsessed' can become an obsession. When I was in college at ASU(it was my first year)it was full time going to classes, and it was in my Religions of the World 101 class that I some how attracted this unusual 'guy'. Living in the dorm with my very kind roommate(god knows she put up with alot)when one evening the phone rang, I thought it was my friend Eliz calling to want to hang out. When I answered the phone, it took the who ever it was on the other end forever to speak up. So as I was about to hang up, when a guys voice yelled 'wait don't go yet'. I didn't recognize this guys voice at all, so I asked him who he was, and all he could tell me was that he was in one of my classes with me. Then when he told me it was Religion 101, I thought to myself 'theres like 200 people in that class'? The one thing that really started to scare and bother me about this guy in this one conversation is he asked me real personal questions. Questions like 'how many guys have you been with' 'where's your favorite place to F%@k'? So when I decided turn the table and ask him the same questions, he got all mad and defensive 'who are you to ask me that blah blah blah'! This guy acted and talked just like a stalker, all I could think of to say was 'don't call me anymore' and quickly hung up the phone. The phone rang again, so out of fear I unplugged the phone...The next few day this creep continued to try to call and bug me, it got to the point where I almost changed dorms. Don't get me wrong I love dirty conversation, but if your a complete sociopath forget it ------------------ Sun in Libra Moon in Cancer Jupiter in Cancer Venus in Virgo Mars in Cancer Ascendant in Cancer I "FEEL" therefor I am IP: Logged |

Let's see...with my ex, who is my best friend now, we had:His Mars conjunct my Venus His Mars square my Pluto His Sun, Venus, and Pluto (in Scorpio) conjunct my Pluto in the 8th house His Pluto square my Venus Composite Venus conjunct Mars And we had horrible sex and no sexual communication. It was agravating and not satisfying at all. So, attraction does not indicate compatibility! We are much better now that we're just friends. I'd say, too much intensity and magnetism isn't necessarily good for sex. It might turn that area of your relationship into a battleground. Be warned! IP: Logged |

yes, i am curious about obsession in the composite chart as well. In the composite chart of me and my guy, we have sun, venus, and moon conjunct, all opposing pluto. Also, in our synastry, my pluto is squaring his sun...and I AM OBSESSED!!! unfortunately... so, i guess my question is, who feels the pluto traits in the composite??? Both of us feels the effects? or does one take on the traits of a planet? i confess, interpreting the composite chart confuses me :-(IP: Logged |

imnaya13, I heard about comparing the composite chart with each person (like doing a synastry with a person and the composite) can tell how the relationship affects each person. ^_^ For example, if a composite planet conjunct your Moon, you might feel emotionally well about the relationship. I find this theory kinda interesting. For example, I found out that the composite Moon (the composite between me and my bf) conjuncts my Sun, and the composite Venus/Mars conjunction trines my bf's Moon/Sun. ^_^IP: Logged |

Green Fairy- I don't want to write all our composite aspects out, but the ones involving Venus and Mars are:Venus conj Mars Venus conj. Sun Venus conj. Uranus Mars conj. Neptune Venus conj. Neptune venus conj. ASC Mars conj. ASC Jupiter sextile Venus & Mars Mars sextile Pluto With the exception of Moon, Jupiter, and Pluto, all our planets are in the 12th house, many conjunct the ASC. The moon in conj. the MC. In general a very intense and interesting composite and also very intense and interesting synastry...I still love him very, very deeply, and though there is a sexual tint to our feelings for each other, it is far more affectionate than passionate now that we have realized we aren't meant to be in a sexual relationship together. I'm not sure how much weight I put in astrological synastry, as it can never tell the whole story of a relationship. What it can tell me and my ex is that we feel extremely strongly for each other, whether in or out of a sexual relationship. ------------------ Sun - Aquarius Moon - Libra ASC - Pisces Mercury - Aquarius Venus - Aquarius Mars - Scorpio IP: Logged |

I would say Juno conjunction Juno would make an attraction very strong especially, but the weird thing is the magi society claims the contacts are based on sexual gratification and not marriage itself. Heres a link for Centaur Ephemeris and a few other things...just type in the date your interested in http://serennu.com/astrology/ephemeris.php ------------------ Sun in Libra Moon in Cancer Jupiter in Cancer Venus in Virgo Mars in Cancer Ascendant in Cancer "I seem to have the blind self-acceptance of the eccentric who can't conceive that his eccentricities are not clearly understood" IP: Logged |

He doesnt think im marriage material though i dont think lol but i would say eros and venus might be true in thats sense. But the feelings not mutual when it comes to me------------------ ASC: Virgo Sun: Cancer Moon: Gemini Mars: Cancer Mercury: Cancer Venus: Leo IP: Logged |

If there is a one sided mars pluto aspect in a sinastry, which person is the one obsessed with the other, the pluto person or the mars person? person A's pluto is 8th house sco [falls in person B's 10th hous] Person B's mars is in 8th house leo [falls in person A's 6th house conmjuncting her eros] also how big orb should i think eros has, upto 5 degrees? EDIT: Another thing I'd like someone to clarify for me, Conjunctions with SN. FRiend of mines venus conjuncts my juno south node and lilith. His SN conjuncts my sun. We're good friends and all. Is that a romance waiting to happen or something i should avoid? I figured to post in this thread cause I feel slightly obsessed with this lately. Thx in advance E, IP: Logged |

Yeah, Eros tends to create an intense all consuming 'raw' want for someone when heavily contacted...eros/mars or eros/pluto really takes the desire to naughty heights I have this with someone I am sort of interested in who I know wants me too, but the question still remains which one is more effected the eros person or the planet person?------------------ Sun in Libra Moon in Cancer Jupiter in Cancer Venus in Virgo Mars in Cancer Ascendant in Cancer "I seem to have the blind self-acceptance of the eccentric who can't conceive that his eccentricities are not clearly understood" IP: Logged |

Green Fairy, (Although i am not sure if Pluto aspects are more significant than 8th H placements, in a natal chart) Interesting... do you mean that if l have a full 8th house l will be attracted to and attract Scorpio's? Maybe that is why so many of my ex's have Scorp rising? hmmm...

yes, I agree with librachoice 7 that eros creates that 'raw want' in someone. But do you think it goes both ways? If for instance someones eros isnt aspected AT ALL by your planets, but your eros aspects their planets heavily (including the man's venus) - would he also feel that eros energy? Or would it be a lonely 'raw' experience for the eros person? IP: Logged |

Libraschoice..."Generally, in synastry, the person who is more enthralled is the "owner" of the more receptive planet. For example, with Venus-Mars interaspects, the Venus person tends to be more enthralled by the Mars person, and perhaps the more vulnerable person in this particular equation. However, the Mars person tends to appreciate the Venus person's attention, and so it does go both ways. With Psyche and Eros, Psyche would be the person more likely to be enthralled by the Eros person. Again, the enchantment does go both ways, but the Psyche person tends to be the more vulnerable person in this equation." http://www.cafeastrology.com/askannie.html From CafeAstro 8th IP: Logged |

Eighth Moon,I would support this. Two synastries: 1. Guy: His Eros exactly conjunct my Venus. His Eros squares my Pluto. My Eros exactly sextile his Pluto. My Eros trine his Saturn, Chiron, Lilith and Neptune. It seems that my Venus is the vulnerable planet here as the only personal planet. The presence of Pluto and maybe Lilith could hint at an obsession. I was very impressed with him, and felt some kind of electrifying energy around him. 2. Guy:
His Eros conjunct my IC. His Eros square my Venus. His Eros trine my Mars. His Eros trine my Neptune. HIs Eros opposite my Pluto. His Eros trine my NN. His Eros exactly trine my ASC. My Eros exactly sextiles his Moon. My Eros exactly trines his Mars. Again, it involves my Venus, and I admired him immensely and he inspired my creativity back in the days. I wonder how that Mars-Eros - dw plays out though, but maybe it`s not that strong, because it is a harmonious aspect. DD IP: Logged |
