Spry: As I mentioned at the top of the thread I am drawn to the Pacific NW and cartography bears this out. I also mentioned that Pullen power ranking places Saturn as my LAP. Your 2nd LAP is also to be considered particularly if they are close in the rankings. (as mine are) 2 things come to mind for me to study as an off-shoot Countries and cities have charts. So why not do a syn chart with that? I am looking @ Sun signs of my LAP zones and how those respective area [s] energy melds w/ the Natal. Also did you know that Pullen is in his 30's? I thought he was some old scroney Mahoney ancient that devised the system. He is not! [he has of course a very interesting chart...kinda Steve Job's type chart] but I digress. I have heard that the high mountains in AZ & NV have more rainfall than Seattle and 3" in an hour is not uncommon in Monsoon. I suspect that man's encroachment has altered the delivery of that water to the valleys and plateau. P.S. Trees? ever been to Sequoia Natl Park? Them is some trees!IP: Logged |

Node~ Yeah, the Sequoias are some mighty impressive trees. As soon as I can figure out my LAP I'll have a look-see at which cities and states mesh with it. I know AZ is an Aquarius state (Feb 12, 1912). I didn't think Pullen was some young person. I thought he was an old guy with a gray beard or something. cat71~ Troy, NY 5:24 am IP: Logged |

Ok...I don't know if I'm doing this right, but according to my Natal chart,my LAP is the Moon...therefore,I should live along the Moon line correct??This means out west(I knew it..LOL!!)Is there a way to zoom in on the lines? ------------------ S:Taurus ASC:Gemini M:Scorpio ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Be Kinder Than Necessary,For Everyone You Meet Is Fighting Some Kind of Battle..." Moondreamer81- did you use the AstroClick Travel option that was mentioned? You can isolate and move E+W+N+S w/ interpsIP: Logged |

Would the place where lines intersect be of any special importance??Like I have 3 crossing in Southern California...east of L.A.(Including my LAP)...The Moon/DC line,Pluto/DC line,&the Mars/ASC line...should I move there?? ------------------ S:Taurus ASC:Gemini M:Scorpio ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Be Kinder Than Necessary,For Everyone You Meet Is Fighting Some Kind of Battle..." I've had the same analogy brought to my attention about the LAP and Pablo Picasso. The sun is my lap, and my natal sun is in the 1st house...I wonder about the differences of choosing to live on the Sun/MC (for me, NYC) or the Sun/AC (Paris, FR). Both seem to be options right now...my husband is french and going back to Paris is inevitable, but I feel like I have to live in NY for a little while at least...something must be there, right? : )))I'm currently in California...a totally sensual experience even from NE Los Angeles...we are constantly visiting redwoods and going to Big Sur etc. For me, its on my moon line...i think venus crosses here too...but its a murky feeling place in comparison to my Sun lines (I love both of those places...and the feeling of the line...its so energizing!) If you have Jupiter in these areas...what house is your natal Jupiter in? Maybe a clue is there about how to realize your desire to be there in your golden years : ) Good luck, I bet there's a secret little house waiting for you in the Big Sur hills... IP: Logged |

cool find for these~ I wonder how/if they can be applied for synastry purposes. (like finding common zenith points or intersecting lines...) hmmm... I've relocated to Chiron's line through Canada (actually goes straight through my current location). lol (9h Chiron, figures, eh) Destinations upon LAP (Sun, in my case as well) are not really places I have too much interest in visiting. Since this thread is rather old I dont know if you will read this or not. Those lines you mentioned crossing in CA can be dangerous Pluto/Mars crossing, I would avoid if possible. When you have two aggressive planets combined like that it can be a recipe for trouble. My own mother has this same crossing in lower TX where she grew up, and she had so many bad things happen to her she had to actually move away. As soon as she did surprisingly things got better for her. She hasnt returned since, and a relocation astrologer not to long ago told her that TX was the worst place for her in the United States. And she didnt even have to tell him about all the problems she encountered there, he knew already by just looking at her location chart. Alot of people dont believe in this, or think its a bunch of hog wash, but it does make you wonder why things go so wrong in certain areas, or why they go so well. Its up to everyone to decide for themselves. IP: Logged |

My LAP is Venus. My Venus AC/Pluto MC lines cross over Reykjavik and it's probably the place I have felt most happy / fully myself. I've read that Pluto lines can be "bad", but my Venus is in Scorpio, so I guess I enjoy that intensity. I'm usually completely disinterested in people romantically when I go out at home.. never feel very engaged. There, it was like no matter where I went, someone was approaching me and I felt attracted. It felt like the outer world matched my inner world.. not just romantically, but in the city's structure, the food, the way people interact, etc. I'm actually thinking about moving to Iceland for an internship next year.. but it would be in the countryside, closer to where my Chiron DC line runs. My Venus line also runs through Auckland. I went there with my family when I was 16 and again felt very at home. The people were all very friendly and inviting. Everything just seemed more in harmony with how I approach the world and I think I would be very comfortable there. NYC/Philadelphia are the only US cities my Venus line runs through. Only passed through the airports, but I do love pizza and cheesesteaks IP: Logged |

^^I am so jealous lol! You have Venus through East coast, people see you as beautiful and you could get a job dealing in art or fashion. So lucky, the only thing good I have in US is Sun IC through NYC, everywhere else is crap for me.IP: Logged |

My least aspected planet, according to Pullen, is Uranus, then Mars. This is very interesting, what would the second least aspected planet say in regards to my location? How do you figure that out? What does it mean if Uranus is my least aspected planet? I live in Albany, NY DOB: 3/6/86 11:28 am IP: Logged |

Also,do you go by least aspected planted according to the number of aspects or should you use the Pullen method which ranks the importance of planets/ aspects? My moon has 2 aspects, which is the least in my chart. But, My Uranus, then Mars are least ranking/ least powerful in Pullen. IP: Logged |
