best: - 10 (drive for anything they deem a "goal", strong endurance) - 1 (drive for... anything they want. ever.) - 7 (drive for "making deals/agreements"(!).) - 3 (argumentative, mentally combative... as a result of liking verbal jousting, they "win" a lot)worst: - 4, 4, 4, 4, 4, 4. it feels like the answer should be 12, but 12 isnt bad vs 4 because while it may take 12 a long time to voice a complaint or get moving, 4 never does they just eat it and keep it inside (then have random tantrum blowups). - i have 6 and i really want to say its horribly de-powered... but it isnt really. its "focus" is just really, really, really narrow. 6 is like 'will not sleep PERIOD if theres something that needs to be done done' ("work" ?). it -feels- so weak is all i guess. I think the worst house would be 12th? Hidden enemies and being in the 12th house might make the native passive aggressive or afraid to be assertive. Native might get bullied especially in their younger days. What do you guys think of 8th house? IP: Logged |

I personally think the BEST placement for Mars is in the 10H. 10H is career/achievements so Mars energy is best used in that area of life. Mars in 1H is also good as these people are go-getters, just watch out for overly aggressive demeanour/coming on too strong.Mars is not good in 4H and 7H, IMO. This might indicate too much aggression/arguments in the home life (4H) and partnership/marriage (7H). In 7H may also mean you get very competitive with others. IP: Logged |

I have my mars in 10th and I'd say it's a pretty healthy placement. All that aggression and drive channelled into career and reputation. Mars in 1st for a female, I find quite harsh. Mars in 4th is one I do not like at all, I've had few of those close to me have it and it's just a sad placement in general in my opinion. Mars in 12th can highlight passive aggression and all of that anger just builds up. In terms of signs and mars, I don't like Cancer and Pisces mars placements. I've had a lot of them around me and it just frustrates my fire mars to no end. It squares quite a bit in my chart and I just find it a headache ESPECIALLY men who have this placement. IP: Logged |

I don't fancy a Mars in Pisces. My son has this and he really struggles with timely action. This world moves too quickly for the wee soul.------------------ Face a situation fearlessly, and there is no situation to face ~ Florence Scovel Shinn ~ IP: Logged |

BOO! (Mars in 1H ) No doubt we can come off as aggressive (to me it feels like passion), but we are handy to have next to you if you are walking down a dark alley at night. We'd fight to the death to defend a loved one. ------------------ Face a situation fearlessly, and there is no situation to face ~ Florence Scovel Shinn ~ IP: Logged |

I have no drive or ambitions. I honestly feel I dont have much, if any Mars working in my chart. I feel other people have all the energy. I also feel they suck the energy away from me when around others. Nvm, that the men I picked all turn out to be Mars-filled dickheads haha garrrr I hate my Mars. *sniffles
