The men I've met with Mars in the 12th house have across the board been warriors in their past lives... like, they've fought real war-time battles and have had some big lessons around mars energy. It does seem like they're being invited to face it and heal it in a balanced way this lifetime. I love them all lots... they're such strong men and they've faced so much.

Like other's that mentioned the IC 4th cnj, I have that. Unfortunately it is mostly negative. However; I believe there has been some positive too. Example:
When I chose to *use Mars* energy rather than allow it to use me, I have gotten in pretty good shape. Home fitness fits here too. In my youth, aggression was all surrounding me. I got caught in battles and even was a target. Alcohol was in the family too. It may had come from the heritage as the IC is connected here.
It opposes Uranus as well. Accidental area . I have a lot of things, injuries from my home through my childhood years.

As an adult, with fitness as a key point, there's much less of that negative side of this house, aspects.

I have 10th house Mars, in Virgo. I find it helpful and obnoxious. I excel at routines, and building habits, and they're always focused on health... I wish I would see more of my drive towards career come to fruition. I work hard, have an excellent work ethic, but I burn out easily. So it's more stop start energy.

Stonemoon that’s one of my favorite placements for terrific co workers. I have virgo ic and it’s opposite my Pisces stellium. I have mercury/ceres conjunct in Pisces. My favorite co workers have had virgo Mc or10th houses or Virgo mars. We compliment each other well, create a rhythm in our work together and just form a very telepathic simpatico that is efficient. I love when a Virgo Mc comes in to a new job, how fast they learn and how observant they are. They will learn it well and become reliably efficient quickly. We’ve always made great teams and friendships in and outside of work. They always appreciated how consistent and reliable I was as well and how I’d pay attention to their likes/dislikes or strengths/weaknesses.I’d make it a point to apply consideration and help where they wanted it. In reciprocation they always did the same. There was a complimentary energy exchange in performing our duties. One liked what the other hated. They put up with my slight Uranus sn cheeky-ness and rebellious quips more than most. Add surprisingly would indulge me with their own. Which was very out of character. I enjoyed nurturing them when they’d physically and mentally burn themselves out and they would be considerate and nurturing when I was emotionally the same way.

As for my mars it’s in my Scorpio 5th house. Conjunct my vertex and opposite my lust/Unitas (conjunct angol).widely conjunct my far s/m mp at 3 degrees. It forms a grand trine with my sado/Atropos/dejanira, and my bml/sun..mercury/ceres a bit wider. It’s also sextiles my Venus/Pallas.

It’s such a complex place in my chart that has a lot of heavy placements. So having Algol opposition makes me rather cautious. With the vertex there especially so. I have to not “lose my head” over things lol. I also need to find healthy outlets for my mars energy or it will find its way to me. These aspects often give off a strong impression. People usually think I’m much B****ire than I actually am. It usually take a bit for people to see though all the intensity to realize I’m actually a Pisces bml and very water oriented.

Needless to say I feel I have a loaded mars. And even though I don’t find myself in combative situations, fights or accidents I have found myself met with sudden acts of sexually charged hostility at times in my life. Assertive males crossing lines with no warning. I don’t allow myself to be too loose in public to avoid an incident. I can see how this placement to be met with negativity under certain transits. Most of the time I come off intense and like I’m tough. People have commented my whole life about my presumed strength, intimidation and prowess.

What if he's a Pisces Sun (4th House) & Mercury (3rd House) with Aries Venus (5th House) & Aries Mars, but a 4th House one?

I have mars in 5th in libra. I have heard mars to be in libra is not that good for a man, not so sure. But this placement makes me flirty even tho im not interested in the person, wanting to be competitive and seek thrill hobbies like biking, shooting . And yes I used be passive aggressive and not taking lead, but now I have improved after learning about my shortcomings.
