What does this mean folks?! My moon is in Aquarius and my fiancee's lilith is conjunct by 2 degrees. My fiancee's moon is in Pisces and my lilith is conjunct by 4 degrees!!!

a few weeks ago I was scared by a similar constellation: With me, it's my LILITH cj. his SUN. I didn't feel to well with that either, it seemed to me that this could describe a certain undercurrent of our affair ... an unhealthy one, to be honest.

I don't want to frighten you, but in my case I just decided to step back from that affair, because it didn't do me any good anymore. But it wasn't comparable to your relationship anyway, miles away from the "fiance"-thought! Besides, it was the other way 'round, me the Lilith ...

So: Keep the faith and don't be scared just because of one seemmingly uncomfortable aspect. All the best.

I was kind of perturbed earlier, but I'm not so worried now. I think that because we both share this aspect with each other (a double whammy, so to speak!), it might actually help us rather than hinder us. So basically, it might not be the most pleasant of aspects to have but the fact that we both have it at least means we understand each other and can help one another through the hard times!!!

i agree with you - maybe/probably you have the potential to both learn from that?

I have the feeling that Lilith in general deals with things "hidden in the closet".

But well.. honestly, I think that sometimes we worry too much about what astrology says about our relationships.. ^_^; After all, astrology just tells us about the potentials.. And besides, not every aspect might really have a strong effect (but sometimes, we might give too much emphasis to certain aspects, when we could identify ourselves with them)..
I think that our own hearts are the ones who truly knows how our relationships are, and not astrology. ^_^

i associate Lillith with laughter and a particular sense of humour ..
nearest i can get .. is John Cleese in 'fawlty towers' ..
he has lillith trine to his sun ( 1.32 deg orb ) .. his d.o.b. .. 27 October 1939

as for the anger side .. Lillith seems to add an essence of intensity ..
but i think for the dark side of Lillith to show or really be felt ..
is when there are 'anger' type transits about to one's natal chart ..
i guess there could be an element of bitterness about as well ..

in a music sense for Lillith .. nearest i can get to that one is 'The Hamsters' ..

well i just looked at a few synastry charts between myself and friends .. both genders
and .. i only keep synastry charts of folk whom i get along well with ..
Lillith aspects abound ;-)))) .. to sun .. moon .. plus other inter aspects ..
that's in all the charts ..

i'd say the one to watch out for .. i.e the dark side of Lillith ..
is when she makes a harsh aspect by transit to a personal placement ..
i've got a feeling women have a bit more trouble with her than men ..
i.e. she takes on a slightly different flavor in a woman chart ..

her transits last about 10 days .. she doesn't go retrograde ..
and takes nearly 10 years to cycle around the zodiac ..

the rolling stones song 'paint it black' .. just came on the radio ..
sounds/feels somewhat lillithian to moi .. :-)

general lillith aspects for today .. 23rd august 2007 ..
sextile to sun .. sextile to mercury .. sextile saturn .. trine node ..

just noticed that t.lillith is about 1.5 degree prior to squaring my natal n.node
i don't feel to bad at all .. been singing along to songs on the radio ..
and impulsively grabbing a bass guitar to play along to them as well ..
although there are one or two other transits about ..
t.mars conjunct natal mars .. plus venus to saturn/neptune/pluto ..

all in all i wouldn't worry about the moon/lillith synastry connection ..
actually .. between two taurean suns .. sounds like fun :-) .. ( most of the time )

lilliths 'bad' side to me is just a slight added depth to anger ..

twice i've heard of ppl being subject to threatening behaviour from women ..
on both occasions .. those ppl had lillith aspecting their chart by progression ..

Paint it black - oh yes! I see what you mean!!! One of my favourites, so Lilth and I certainly have that in common! (Saw the stones in concert this time last year - superb!!!)

And of course there was the actual character of Lilith, from Cheers/Frasier - she REALLY summed it up perfectly with that part I think!!!

That's also interesting about the comedic actors you chose as well - both Scorpios! Scorpionic humour is excellent - and very Lilith I would guess!!!

I'm intrigued that the Tory leader shares his Lilith in Pisces with moi!!! Uh-oh!!! (I must go and look up Tony Blair's, as he and I are already astro twins, with Sun in Taurus and Moon in Aquarius, lol!!!)

Ta for the links. You know far from the demonic reputation she has in mythology, I have to admire her strength in refusing to bow down to anybody - least of all, God!!! That's quite impressive - girl power!!!

Thanks again HD - I will note the effect that Lilith has opposite Mercury, and square my moon come September - I dare say I'll have to watch out for some fairly biting speech and possible acid tounge?! And I might feel slightly darker. On the more positive side, I should be more alert and no one will be able to fool me! (I hope!)

the good stuff...i've read that, among other things, lilith reprents our anima/animus. anima is the unconscious feminine side in a man; animus is the unconscious masculine side in a woman. part of maturing & becoming a whole person is incorporating into our personality our anima (for a man) or animus (for a woman). so when we have someone close to us stimulating that part of our psyche, it can awaken us & help us grow into more whole, complete individuals.

bad stuff...i agree with HD that lilith transits can be a b*tch. any unspoken resentment or rebelliousness is likely to come to the surface. but that's necessary too, & the more honest people are with themselves & others, the less a lilith transit is likely to wreak havoc. but for me personally, it does seem to bring out my more cynical & autonomous side (which may have to do with having lilith in the 11th house natally).
