sun in cancer in the 12th house here...i've always been interested in helping people through knowing myself more and more, if that makes sense. the lessons i learn in life, i pass on. anything to do with occult matters has always interested me too: astrology, tarot, palmistry, etc. of course, you just can't believe it all. =D IP: Logged |

Tidalwave - I totally hear that. All the sun in 12th house people I know are into conventional or unconventional forms of spirituality. They all see what is not there more clearly and definitely have the self sacrifice aspect though more for the larger ideal/divine sensibility than the one on one.Jane - my ASC is sag, not cap,.,.thanksfully no offesne all you cap ASCs out there IP: Logged |

quote: My Sun (11th) lives with my casual friends and acquaintances lol It's sort of true because I'm constantly bumping into someone I know.

How are ya Janey Baby? Long time no type! Hope things are going great for ya girl. I have my natal sun conjunct Chiron in the 5th house. I'm close to the cusp, so I guess that should be interp in the 6th as well. Go figure...I'm a teacher by profession. Love kids, but don't have any. (Sun square Ceres?) I like to send them home at the end of the day! Ha ha. I have a strong work ethic, and have had many jobs where work was linked to other aspects of my life...mostly social. Can't hang in an office...I go crazy. When I was younger, I had a pattern of dating broken men to "heal" them and send them on their way. When I grew up and became aware of this pattern, I stuck to friendships of a healing nature, and left the relationships to more healthy suitors! Hope this helps! 8th IP: Logged |

I still don't quite understand it all yet, hehe...but I've got my Cancer sun in both my 2nd and 3rd houses. I saw someone mention that similar people end up being heavily influenced by their suns as a result..not too sure what this would mean for myself, but an interesting note I guess. ------------------ Cancerian Sun, Venus, 2nd, 3rd -EpicDesign IP: Logged |

Another 1st House Sun here. Obsession with the S-elf all my live long life! When I was younger, it was all about me...self-preservation, what do I want, what do I get out of it, etc. I was spoiled and s-elf-centered and though I got what I thought I wanted/needed, I was still unhappy. Nowadays, I know that the more I do for others the more we all benefit. And I'm not just talking cash and possessions. It's more than that. It's a spiritual purpose and fulfillment. The more I get out of my S-elf and focus on helping others, the greater the benefit for the Greater Good of ALL. IP: Logged |

My sun is in my 5th house.. makes me have certain "leo qualities" ; fun loving, interested in romance, very creative, very much focused on self expression - all ring very true. The self-expression part is actually very much a "problem" in my life. I once read that when Pluto is in your fifth house you feel rather vulnerable when it comes to expressing yourself - and this is VERY true for me my pluto conjuncts my sun with an orb of 0 (in scorpio). Im very passionate and creative and an all-around lover of the arts and with this aspects I makes it diffucult for me to express how I feally feel. Not to mention I have insanely high energy! phew! I have Mars in aries at 0 degrees, also in my tenth house. soo many of my aspects show just how energentic i really am (both physically and mentally ... my neptune also makes an aspects with every planet in my chart!.. so my imagination is always running wild!) overall, i think im blessed to have my sun in the 5th house but i know that i will have to work extra hard becasue of the aspects it makes to really allow the energy to manifest to its full potential. Hi Jane ~Seems I’m the first 3rd house Sun in this string….. Howard Sasportas put how I feel into words best: quote: A sense of value, worth and power comes through strengthening the intellect and communication abilities. Often they feel the most alive when they are learning something, or when they can be sharing and exchanging their ideas and knowledge with others. No matter how clever or articulate the 3rd house Sun appears to otherrs, those with this placement normally feel that they could still know more or communicate better. There is often a love of words, knowledge and languages, with the ability to express the self through some form of artistic medium…and an enhanced ability to be persuasive, influential and tactful in dealing with the immediate environment. In the name of harmony and fairness, they will “weigh up” what others say or do…seeing beauty in something which another person might overlook.

i have Sun in the 9th. When I was 7 years old i asked myself "What is the meaning of life?". The question did not appear philosophical to me - I knew that there was an answer. IP: Logged |

is it possible to have sun in both 6th and 7th house? i have this bipolar thing when i am being sociable, so, yes, i am very open with my own circle of friends, even exaggerated (party animal, local clown, etc.), but on the other side, it really costs me a lot to get involved with new people! not only shyness, but i rather adapt this superior image of them......IP: Logged |

Bucketrider - lol, I love the gorgeous gloominess of Cap asc's. But for your own sake, I'm glad you have a lighter ascendant. 8th Moon - Good to see you posting again! Congrats on your compassion for the wounded no longer compelling you to date broken men. Relationships are hard enough with the healthy ones! SexyScorp - You sound like an interesting person. I hope you don't let Pluto inhibit your self-expression too much. IP: Logged |

Second house Sun here. My values scream loud and clear. I like to think that I can walk anywhere and talk to anyone. I remain true to me. Stability is also very important and, as time goes on, I think will become increasingly more so in an asset sense. Materialism, I do like the best, but can be frugal. Practical things. This is due to Scorpio Asc. Also, Pluto is transiting the 2nd house. Things do not mean much without health, love, family, freedom, respect, peace, etc. The foundations of happiness.IP: Logged |

Sun in Pisces-8th house ~ this house for me brings a lot of change, things are never static ~ a lot of loss [through death of others] early in life - very dramatic changes. it seems people trust me with their money, and those who have it like to give it to me with no strings attached. this house is supposed to stand for inheritance as well, but have not amassed large sums through that vein - so maybe it works that way for others. am -constantly- looking to figure out others' motives ~ love it. and am sure this placement adds more emotionality to my character.IP: Logged |
