Jupiter / Pluto as well as Jupiter / Saturn are quite generational aspects, and imo a single aspect doesn`t show if you are gonna be rich or not. You have to take the rest into account, too.
Also, maybe it`s also a matter of definition: What means being rich to you?
Being a billionaire?
Always having enough money to indulge in your hobbies (that would be my idea of being rich)?

And those are only the material definitions of "wealth", but actually the other "wealth", being rich through love, friendship, ideas, health and spirituality matters more to me.

The angular houses are important, but the 8th can be especially important because essentially to get super wealthy (hundreds of millions or billions) you have to grab hold of other people's money and make it work for you. That is the 8th house.
