Topic: Scorpio and Cancer Courting...

Calling all Cancers who have had romantic experience with Scorpios, and vice versa.I'm currently kind of seeing a scorpio - well... we've only gone on 3 dates, and I'm not even sure at this point if they are considered "dates" or just hanging out... because nothing has "happened". But I definitely sense something in the air between us. I really like him, but I haven't a clue as to how he feels about me.
Cancers - when seeing a Scorpio, have you also had trouble determining how he feels about you? Is he hard to read? What did you do?
Scorpios - is it a normal scorpion quality to conceal the way you feel about a person in the early stages, or do you make it obvious?
Can anyone who's had a Cancer-Scorpio relationship explain the essential dynamic that was at play, and how it was problematic?

I've dealt with a lot of scorpio guys, and guys who have scorpio placements. And they usually happen to be very drawn to cancer girls. I think usually there is "something" in the air so to speak. Both scorpio and cancer will feel things but won't reveal anything. A scorpio guy is very similar with a cap guy as he is usually very hard to read, but if he is paying attention to you then you know for sure he is interested in you in some form. I think the key dynamic is just being emotional and expressive...that seems to be what scorp/guys with scorp placements really like. Someone who can express emotion through stuff other than words. ".... haha, in that case, I guess I'm set. On our last "date", he made me listen to this song on his iPod, and started to weep while listening to it. How's that for blatant emotional expression? I was/am really afraid that I alarmed him with my emotionality, but, hopefully what you say is true - they like that kind of thing.

You will have to give signal fast. He hunts very fast. Make him a dinner or make him a hand made cake.. And, watch this man melting.. His emotions are strictly under control and he is looking for someone to release. and, you are the only one who can release. In matter of days you will see MAGIC.. and magnetic attraction.. a possessive feeling.. just about everything. And, yes, those tears will start coming out, first in your bed, then in your kitchen while making food for yourself, and then slowly slowly infront him. I just wanted to add to this thread as i thought certain comments were interesting. My boss is a scorpio and i am a cancer.
Although we have never been romantically involved, he always protects me. He has stood up for me on numerous occasions. I feel like he is my good karma. He DOESN'T like me to feel bad about ANYTHING. HIs sun conjunct my moon in scorpio. I have always found him to be attractive, but he is one of those fortunate people with a very good marriage. I view him as the most ethical and positive person i know. His scorpio side is always probing, but always positive. He will always do the right thing and i admire him greatly.IP: Logged |

I don't know... I mean, at the beginning I am always very reserved about showing my emotions because I don't want to be rejected on any level. But once I am sure that it safe to make a move, then I'm quite open with how I feel. I guess it depends on his placements. ------------------

Sunny dont worry. She is Cancer.. an expert at talking in sideways or back steps. She is figuring out his emotions and there is a lot of insecurities at stake here. But based on everything I interpret (based on my scorpion way) he likes her and she enjoyes those emotional games.
