Inner strengthOr do you mean what strategies help to cope? Here are my personal favourites: * Keeping going for sake of kids/pets whoever/whatever motivates you to get up in the morning * Keeping busy -> e.g house de-cluttering - sending the best stuff to the charity shop * Write a diary * Read "When Bad Things Happen to Good People" * Chat to people online * Talk to people who offer sympathy {they do if you have been bereaved} it is amazing the stories you will get told, you will realise you are not alone * If it all feels too much, lie down and empty your head of all thought and do nothing for about 10 minutes. Then get up and do something useful (like tidy something)

And with all the above, volunteer if you have time at a old folks home or with the kids, its so nuturing and healing. Talk to the older ppl let them tell you stories about thier life. Listen to other ppls problems and you will soon find out that your not as bad off as you thought..Yoga, kickboxing.. Also Prayer is Awesome.. Goodluck.. IP: Logged |

painting, drawing, listening to some soulful music, singing your heart out, warm baths/showers. Chocolate and a nice dinner. a great movie, talking to loved ones who can cheer you up. and if you're that typical girl, shopping for some self-confidence!<3 ------------------ I love my Virgo <3 S: Aries ASC: Libra M: Cancer V: Taurus M: Gemini IP: Logged |

Mama Mia I'm glad you put in prayer. That is something that has helped me. It does bring a sense of peace.

Do some thing you've never done before...take a trip---even if only for a weekend, Meet new people, watch really scary movies, learn something new that requires your undivided attention...all the while imagining a time when you will feel better---ACT AS IF....( after having a real good cry)ACT AS IF it is already over & you are looking back on it!!! ---Sounds schizoid, but it works!
