What void? A void arbitrarily attributed to the so-called zero degree? There's no such thing. Any planet located at 0*00' - 0*59' is located in the first degree of that sign. Let's not apply an interpretation based on presumptuous numerology to astrological factors.

Planets located in the cusp areas of 28-|-2* do possess a dynamic of more urgency or emphasis, particularly when we see 'endings' associated with the 28-30 arc and 'beginnings' associated with the 0-2 arc segments. Imagine that one's mode of affection and love is symbolized by Venus in Taurus and for lifetimes the person's approach has been characterized by a sense of loyalty, fusing physical affection with commitment itself, or a very basic approach to partnership. With Venus in the last degree or so of the birth horoscope, one may feel a subconscious urge to both experience all this mode has to offer and to wrap it up before moving on to a different mode of one's personal values and relating.

Same with Venus in the first (zero) degree of a sign, which is suggestive of a new way of loving, relating, etc, that may well be all-new in the soul's development. It is pronounced simply because it is new, literally a new vibration.

On these cusps one is subconsciously alerted to the end of an old way of experiencing / beginning of a new way of experiencing. That is where the sense of urgency comes from -- endings and new beginnings.

Oh lord is this ever true. I have Jupiter in 0 degrees and my luck is either none or all.

I have my moon (leo),10th House/midheaven (leo), and 4th house (Aquarius IC)in this 1st degree.

I have both my Capricorn Uranus and Mars in the 29th degree.
