I have a nephew with this aspect. Though to be more precise it is Sun CNJ Mars Trine Pluto - Leo to Sag.As is oddly typical with Mars/Pluto aspects, he is actually noticeably quiet and unassuming. But if the louder children of the family try and have a go, he will stand up for himself, alright. It was touch and go whether he would make it. Big problems with his birth, had to be c-sectioned 6 weeks early. So he's had to be tough to be here in the first place. A child an auntie can pick up and cuddle and they won't try and run off, lol, I think that is boys though, my sons are soppy and always after cuddles. The girls don't want to know. IP: Logged |

Yeah, I've got this aspect. It can make you very strong-willed and a fighter. As blue moon said, normally someone with this aspect will appear to be very calm and quiet, even gentle, but if you make them angry, then watch out! It can give a volatile temper and even a thirst for revenge. It's like having mars in Scorpio,IP: Logged |

Thanks for responses. What surprises me is that all the astro books focus on the will to fight but never really gives a sexual description to this aspect. Its always struck me as a highly sexual aspect, maybe more so than some venus-pluto aspect in a more blunter way. IP: Logged |

I personally see more potential for Sexual prowness in Mars and Asc. aspects then Mars trine moon. The reason isn't upon that this position lacks passion (on the contrary, its quite passionate) but unlike the other two hard aspects in this particular category (i.e. conj. and Square) Mars Trine Moon people aren't controlled by their passions; They simply direct their passion to work for them  . They are more in-control of their passion and thus aren't too exuberent about showing it in the limelight without discretion.IP: Logged |

Xodian - I thought maybe mars trine pluto would produce a controlled sexual stamina that is highly magnetic. Mars trine Moon would maybe direct a lot of energy emotionally into the moon, a direct (yet not over the top) type with a sexual edge. Heartcakes - can you point me to Jeff Green's views? Exactly. Much like a well directed Laser beam instead of an all out Super Nova Lol! I wish l could tell... truth is, l can't tell the aspects apart to know what affect each has on me!These are my aspects so you can see what l mean - pluto rx quincunx venus (1deg)
pluto trine mars (exact)
mars semi sextile venus
mars parallel pluto parallel neptune exact (declinations)
8th house ruler neptune
Juno quincunx mars
Juno quincunx venus This is using Geo and Helio charts as used in Magi astrology.

I know the Magi consider mars/pluto connections to be a sexual aspect for men. I have the sextile, and, while I believe that particular aspect isn't that powerful, I still have a somewhat subdued "direct to a fault" part of me that doesn't get much expression ( as far as sexual "conquests" are concerned), BUT, during the right transits,(theoretically),I've still managed to "seal the deal" in a VERY direct way.(Always within the other person's boundaries, I should add) (p.s. Mars trine pluto--they are strong-willed and have power but they are low-key about it.They own and do not shove it in your face like Mars/Pluto conjunct---they are nice about it,if that is possible.To me Mars/Pluto conjunct is mostly out and out brutal and harsh--there is always violence lurking beneath the surface---with the trine people are more polite about it,they will just quietly get their way.IP: Logged |

I have Mars trine Pluto. It's actually a part of my grand water trine with Venus in Cancer. The degrees aren't exact but they are within orb. The houses involved are 3rd, 7th and 11th. I would consider myself a fighter/ survivor. I've been through quite a rocky road so far and I'm still alive and continuing on. I don't like confrontation and tend to avoid it (even when it's others confrontations) as often as I can but I will stand up for myself (and others if it permits) in a way that is very adamant. Well All of my closest friends in my group have a Mars trine Pluto,and I'm the only one with the Square pluto (0 orb btw) so we all have really strong mars. My friends are very strong-willed like I am,only that they keep their cool a lot better,but **** them off,they know how to take someone down. Mars/pluto aspects truly makes one the most power-hungry folks.
