is the moon the handle or the saturn and is there any significance to these two positioned planets?

Bucket with Jupiter retrograde Taurus as the handle. I have no solid idea what this could mean. :-)

Like there's those two groups of planets at the top of the chart and then the others concentrated at the bottom

My Time Passages program is calling my chart a "Fan". Haven't seen this mentioned on this thread, anyone know if that is just another name for one of the ones listed here?
