Here's a little tidbit from "Skymates" on composite moon in Gem...

"The soul of this relationship is elfin: curious about everything, magical, whimsical, hard to define or pin down. Quick. Full of riddles. The more these people are true to that spirit and mood, the happier they'll be. With comp. moon in Gem, there's wisdom in lightness and folly in an overly serious attitude. Here, truth lies in the mirror of humor."

It also says that without new stimulus and lots of conversation, it puts the couple at odds and they feel out of tune w/ eachother and you're denying the very thing that fuels the relationship.

is there more in the skymates book about the moons? like, was that just a small part? cuz i've been hearing a lot about that book.. and i really like how that description captured the essense of the feeling..

Guess it means "no fun and you're done!" LOL

I have a Gem moon and had a relationship w/ a Gem sun many moons ago. It's the first relationship that comes to mind w/ that statement made by them about the composite Gem moon. It was like we were two happy-go-lucky kids ready for the next adventure. When things got negative and heavy from responsibilities, we needed a break and then it ended.

I'll type the rest of the interp for ya this weekend as well as composite moon in the 3rd house. Too tired right now!

for some reason i kept rereading the scentence and seeing it blend together like "wisdom in lightness-AND-folly" and it confused me. not enough coffee this morning!

yeah, i get that feeling about us. and it's a good warning to heed! i've been feeling feelings for him but i have NO idea if they're substantial. i knew him when we were kids but hardly know him now.. we're flirting and it's fun but i have NO clue if it's gonna go anywhere. so far it's a lot of fun but the lack of knowing scared me a bit.. even though i feel like it SHOULD stay on a lighter, more playful level. so it's really good to know! thanks so much!

i imagine gemini sun with a gemini moon would be so much fun!!

don't worry about typing it though if you don't have time.. i will probably buy the book some day, and i got the gyst!

The sentence that was confusing should read that there's wisdom in lightness. AND folly in an overly-serious attitude instead of there being wisdom in lightness AS WELL AS folly.

Composite Moon in Gemini

he is a busy busy guy. has tonnes of projects going on. and i honestly have no clue if he has feelings at all for me. and if i'm totally honest i have no clue if i have REAL feelings for him. but i am super obsessed with him. i write him every day and i FEEL *ALL OF THE ABOVE* when i'm writing him. it's very open, fun, silly, light, liberating. we flirt a lot, but again, i've no idea if it's headed anywhere. i'm having a pluto-venus transit so that's quite different from this energy, but i must say i feel both very strongly and pretty much equally!

i am so curious now about how the two energies *blend* together to form a gemini moon composite. it's interesting. taurus and cancer moons seem very different from gemini, and it's interesting to think of our different "roles" in the blending of the energies to form this particular energies. i guess it would make sense maybe for me to be doing more of the talking since taurus is about stuffness and substance and persistence.. and i guess for him he's more reflective, intuitive, elusive. which would be a bouncing back and forth between the energies or something.. i kinda feel that happening. i wonder. it's interesting to ponder! he doesn't say much (well, every couple of days he writes me a bit, whereas i write him a lot at least once a day!!), but it always flows in the same general context and we're always making inside jokes that continue to evolve and flow.. rather naturally. it is slippery and a bit elusive but very very fun and very much like what you typed out describes! it just sorta happened from the very first exchange a month ago now and has just continued onward in its strange way..

i've actually never really felt i could be myself so easily with someone. making very weird jokes (free association type silliness, like what you mentioned) and still say meaningful things WHILE making the jokes.. that must be the trine to our comp (and natal) suns, facilitating that i guess.

anyway, just wow! that is totally accurate as far as i can tell!!

I just read that book (it has all of the planets in signs and houses) for someone that I'm beginning to work with, but there's def an attraction and it describes the energy between us to a T. We're a Gem Sun/Gem Venus, so I can relate to how your Gem moon feels. I couldn't figure out why I'm so nervous around him and it all makes sense now.

Anyway, I'd recommend the book because it really hit all of the energies on the head! I think I ordered mine on Half.com.

aww.. gem sun and venus. that sounds sweet and interesting! is NERVOUSNESS then a part of the gemini equation?? i'm SO nervous about this guy even though it's all fun and light. probably cuz i can't quite reconcile that light energy with the obsessive energies of pluto on my venus so well and it's a bit confusing.. but if there's any chance comp gemini moon could indicate nervousness between us, meaning, if HE might also be nervous, i'd be thrilled!! he's so hard to read, in that context.
