WEll, it`s not IQ`s list, and maybe it is not part of the two rules, but still I think that this is highly significant. Yes, I would ALWAYS look at IC, it`s the deepest point of your chart representing the deepest core of your soul, so I guess a soulmate could very well touch you there so deep within. As Glaucus said Robert Blashke sais that in soulmate-synastries there is often a conjunction or solstice aspect with IC, indicating that two people belong to the same soulfamily.
But in my opinion it doesn`T necessarily points towards sexual relationships, you could find these aspects within a family, between friends who are soulmates.
But of course if other aspects point towards romantic and sexual attraction a conjunction with IC would add an enormous emotional depth to the experience.

Regarding Draco`s:
I didn`t research that. I think you can very well include Draco`s here, at least, after oyu checked the tropical charts.
But Draco - connections may not be as obvious as tropical ones, more subconscious or subtle.
Also, if you include Draco`s then the probability increases that you will have such a connection with more people, whereas it is very rare to find a DW with ASC within 3° in the tropical alone.

It is a very unique aspect, and I was actually very surprised to find such a strict pattern in the celebritie`s charts.

1. dw with ASC / IC
2. connecting planets rule relationship-houses
3. connecting planets also fall also into the relationship houses of the SO (at least one way).

I mean how is the probability that all three rules apply? This must be pretty unique, and yet it seems to happen not TOO seldom.

Your Chiron widely sextiles his ASC (4), but more importantly is also solstice conjunct (1)
His Chiron trines your ASC

HIs Chiron falls into your 8th house

So, I think "Healing" is a big issue in your relationship; maybe it`s the very purpose of it, to heal each other; along with this comes the need to learn to trust (8th house); and in your case this healing will come with deep transformations and change your life forever (his Chiron in your 8th house). Of course with the 8th house one can also think of sexual transformation, too.

Regarding midpoints:
I think they are important, if they are activated by personal planets, angles or NN.
So in your case:

Your Venus opposing his Sun-Moon-mp
Your SN conjunct his Sun-Moon-mp.
This could very well indicate that he sees you as a soulmate and that he feels you belong together. I tend to think that the Midpoint-person is the one who feels the most,w hereas the planet person just "IS".
In your case your Venus (your feminine side and how you express your love) activates Sun-Moon inside him, a feeling of completeness and he may feel that he is extremely drawn to you, because you are you.

Im always amazed by what you find

HEALING - this is truly a major theme in my relationship with Jonnhy.Ive always knew that since the beginning - not coincidence that we have so many Kiron conections!

i totally forgot about the antisticia - those solstice conjunctions really are impressive.

I think i did the research right;what i did was to find if some antisticia point of the angle was hit by a planet/asteroid ( does it exist the antisticia of angles,or is it just of planets and asteroids?)

- His Uranus is sextile my ASC(1)

so you also have that Mercury-IC-aspect. It seems that we have underestimated MErcury so far. But maybe this is only for people, in whose charts MErcury rules or falls into relationship-houses.

I`ve seen your Uranus-ASC-connection, but I disregarded it because the orb of the antiscion is really too wide I think.
I`d use an orb of 2°, maybe for Sun and Moon 3°, but really no more than that.

I use antiscia for planets, asteroids and angles, and recently I saw that someone used the antiscia even for midpoints, so your Sun/Moon-mp solstice conjunct his Valentine looks very good.

I`m fascinated by antiscias, even though they are difficult to grasp for me. They are like some kind of "shadow", working from the subconsciousness, and one astrologer even linked them to a slight obsessive behaviour.
You do something, you act in a way, you feel attracted to someone,w ithout having the slightest idea why this is.

I limit the number of midpoints, because if you calculate them all, there will always be some hits, and even a random encounter could seem like the love of your life.

My midpoint list would include:

Venus / mars
Venus / URanus
Venus / Pluto
Venus / AC

Apart from these I`d look at these asteroids which signify "couples" like:

Eros / Psyche
Amor / Psyche
Cupido / Psyche
Mars / Aphrodite

Kaali / Siva
Siva / Parvati

The orbs would be narrow (2° at most for conjunctions and oppositions, 1° for square, semisquare and sesisquare).
