That is true for me except for pushing away. I have strong fear of rejection,and so I am very shy. When I love,I love with everything that I have...with all my heart,soul,body,and might. I am very intense,passionate. It's like a get very deeply attached as well as obsessed. It sucks if the woman is not as intense nor deep as I am. I prefer a woman that is deep and intense like me. I have Sun and Mercury in Scorpio too. My Moon is in Pisces.........so I am highly ultrasensitive,emotional....for me.......being in love leads me to be highly vulnerable and can lead me to be hurt very badly if I end up with the wrong woman or if there are misunderstandings. That's why I prefer spiritually oriented women who are empathic,sensitive,understanding with good values. As for seducing, I don't really want anybody to seduce me. To me, it would seem like manipulation. I am not into seducing myself. When I am interested in a woman, I tell her how I feel. I show her how I feel. If she's interested in me,I would prefer that she tell me and show me. Then I would feel safe and secure to take chance with her. heart cakes unregistered	posted May 26, 2008 12:53 AM thanks glacus! gotcha on the seducing thing. i was kind of using it playfully (silly sag ascendant!). that is very good; so then, you would prefer a straightforward approach from a woman? i'm sag asc, aquarius sun, taurus moon, venus sag, mars aqua, pisces SN, so i'm generally pretty straighforward but can be a bit shy myself. no games for me and i'm big on commitment and honesty. he's libra rising, sag sun, cap moon, venus scorp, mars capricorn, so he seems that he'd be a bit shy in love and i don't want to scare him off but i also want him to know how i feel.. should i just let it happen naturally, then, or would it be advisable to make the first move? I guess Venus in Scorpio is very serious about love, allergic against "game playing", he seeks commitment - or, say: he appreciates commtiment when offered to him. No superficiality, intense emotions, sticks to what has been promised and expects the same from you. AND: Erotic interests come to the fore. The BF with Venus in Scorpio liked to look at and think about or even: talk about women who dealt with their sexuality in a frank/forthrigth way. He was kinda obsessed with sexual techniques and really talked about these a lot. All kindsa "kinkyness" made his head reeling. He was doing the typical Sag thing, hating to be boxed in thing, so I told him we could be friends, thinking I'd let him cool off then we'd be on again. Boy was I wrong with that. He got really hurt and angry, which has totally bewhildered me. Now I don't know if I'm coming or going but I want to have what we did. I just don't know what to do. I am a sun libra, aquarius asc, moon aries, mars cap, venus scorpio... if anything, I have been called quite severe.. I am not really! There's just a few things I can't take.. 1) People who are not straight forward (even though I am still working on my complete and utter forthrightness, I expect that from others, otherwise I am gone) 2) People who are not SERIOUS (in life, in relationships... but should be able to act the fool with me when necessary which is most of the time) 3) People who are PASSIONLESS annnnd... Interestingly enough, I am not that into sex... Although I am quite sexual in nature. This has been a problem, no doubt. Not for me, though. I have had great, great intellectual/emotional relationships with a cap man with venus in scorp and also a taurus wth a pisces moon and venus in scorp... But these men were great for telling secrets and mental stimulation... I definitely couldn't deal with their issues in a day-to-day relationship (aw hell no!). Now married to a gemini/cancer cusp with a libra rising, scorp moon, mars in gemini, venus in leo... Couldn't ask for a better (or prettier) man... Although sometimes I wish he were bigger and scarier (ha ha) but I do seem to stick to men who really have it together. Nice upstanding citizens. They just need a slight evil streak, I guess. (I understand being a Cancer Sun). I just give him his space (I'm Aries rising so I get the space thing). He's Pisces ascendant so needless to say he has ALOT of water in his chart, to some degree moreso than I do (I have alot of fire) so it makes things interesting. But rollercoaster ride? Absolutely! It is where he's the most demonstrative. Unfortunately, though, he's stopped being affectionate for other reasons-in another thread. I feel like he's my soulmate but he's 9 years younger than me. Now I guess I just have to give him time to make up his mind. He just doesn't talk about his feelings, it's more of an intuitive vibe between us or it was, til he cut me off. I've dated five guys (not simultaneously!) with this placement and their loyalty was very fleeting. But then again, these guys were Sag and Libra suns, so maybe that had something to do with it... Remember, Scorpio is the sign of extremes, so I'm sure you'll find some scorp venuses out there who are fiercely loyal, devoted, passionate, loving, etc. However, they can fall at the other extreme-- lie, cheat, and seek revenge if you try to break up with them or won't let them sleep with every woman with a pulse.
