Another Scorpio here. Zero degrees 31 minutes.Asc = Gem 2'54
Sun = Cap 5'17 My Sun is in the 8th house (so is Jupiter), and my Mars in Scorpio is both a fixed and a water singleton. I'm cool with Scorpio energy. IP: Logged |

I really don't understand how you guys are finding your Arabic ascendant from the calculator. I can't find ASC + ASC - Sun anywhere in the drop down menu. Someone please help?My normal rising sign is 9.24 degrees Capricorn and my Sun is 15.26 degrees Gemini. IP: Logged |

Astra. I asked the same thing. but I suppose you just choose one of the equations and just fill in the ASC + ASC - SUN instead of what it asks for.I did it and my Arabic Ascendant is Scorpio. I suppose I look like a Scorpio Ascending but I dont exactly understand how an scorpio ascending acts. but I guess virgo and scorpio ascending arent that different. IP: Logged |

mine comes out at 21 cancer which would put my jupiter and the sun of the man i'm interested in within 3 deg. of my descendant! which would explain a LOT haha! but how do you do the chart? calculate the MC from the ASC?? any suggestions?IP: Logged |

katatonic, Try to disregard what part it asks you to calculate. For whatever you want, plug it into this calculation [you have to choose the sign from the drop down, though]:ASC + Pt/Planet that you want calculated - Sun So the same way you got your ASC, all you change is the deg/minute/sign for the middle section. You can also distract the position of the ASC from the position of the Sun.
And then distract that result from any other planet or point, so you get your arabic chart.
Example:
Sun: 266°
ASC: 247°
Sun - ASC:
266 - 247 = 19 19° is the distance between Sun and ASC, and now I can substract the 19° from any planet and the endresult will be the planet in the arabic chart. Example:
My Venus on 276° - 19° = 257° So, 17° Sagittarius is the placement of my Arabic chart`s Venus.
Did anyone here use this for synastry?

my a Saturn conjunct his IC my a Pluto opposite his a Sun
my a Pluto conjunct his a IC
my a Pluto conjunct his DC my a SNc onjunct his Psyche*
my a NN conjunct his Uranus
my a NN conjunct his VAlentine
my NN conjunct his a Mars my a DC conjunct his a Psyche
my a ASC conjunct hsi Valentine
my AC conjunct his A Mars
my DC conjunct his a Eros my a Karma conjunct his a NN*
my Karma conjunct his a AC my VAlentine conjunct his a NN* my a Juno conjunct his Psyche It seems we have a Valentine-NN-dw in the arabic chart.
