was wondering what everyones expeirence is with this house, i read it is the house of self-transformation, daily crisis, and many more things i really didnt identify with so would really like to hear some insightsi also share this house with the sun in it in quite a few composites, and i have read it is a really unhappy position for the sun in composite... House of work, diet, divorce, health, clothes. Inequality is one that is also mentioned...meaning a relationship where one peson gives and the other takes.IP: Logged |

i wonder if somebody with a heavily aspected 6th house would feel the sun in 6th in a composite as less of a burden...IP: Logged |

The 6th house rules your daily routine, habits, work, health, sickness, doctors, pets, diet, clothes, hygiene, service, employees, co-workers, servants and self-adjustment. A keyword would be duty.I have Neptune and my Moon conjunct in the 6th, which enabled me to work in health care for a few years at a psychiatric hospital and in various service industry jobs with the public. It's also why I wanted to become a physician. I have a need to serve humanity (Neptune sextiles Uranus in Virgo and is the ruler of my MC), to heal others and to help others. It's in Scorpio, so it is very intense. The Neptune is trine my Mars in Cancer in the 3rd, ruler of the 12th house of hospitals and serious health problems, giving me tremendously strong emotions and a need to be compassionate towards others. Neptune is also inconjunct my Saturn in 11th in Aries, so that helps me to bring common sense, practicality and reason into the picture when needed. Saturn rules my 8th (surgeons and healing) and my 9th (inspired thought and university). I have a degree in a scientific field, which was going to be used towards a medical degree. Instead, it's now used to help me with my health problems. Without it, I wouldn't be here. When I was very young, I had a very strong sense of intuition and was considered to be psychic because of this conjunction, particularly with friends because Neptune rules my 11th house. Animals and my pets are very dear to me, and I have an intuitive and strong emotional link with them. The neighbour's animals tend to end up in my yard for care, treats and attention. I'm involved in Spiritualism and spiritual activities, but not a religion. When Pluto came around and conjuncted both of these planets the dream of being a doctor was destroyed because of the illnesses I developed from Pluto's transformation of my eyes and digestive track. I also lost the female Siamese cat I had at the time to cancer, which was devastating. IP: Logged |

I have Mars in the 6th. My Mars and the 6th house has always been hard for me to figure out. I'm not very health conscious, nor do I feel a duty to serve in the military lol. IP: Logged |

hey winkyI have pluto/uranus in 6th/virgo. Personally, l find that in all the relationships where l have had my planets in his 6th or his planets in my 6th it is a nightmare. The partner just takes, takes, takes and it's too draining for me. IP: Logged |

6th house is Aries with Venus in it. I guess everyday love is what I contemplate. And at school I measure everyone up for it... ------------------

I have my Moon, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, all in the 6th.
My 6th house is ruled by Scorpio and my Moon is in Scorpio.
Everything about me is intense, serious, and I'm very self-destructive by obsessively thinking about things, worrying, and being paranoid.I hate having the 6th house because it isn't pleasant, It would be nice to have it in some other house less serious like the 5th. One thing for sure is I really care about peoples' well being and I am majoring in Nursing. It feels natural to help others and I am compassionate towards others' pain. My chart is strange because...All my planets are in the 12th or 6th, except my Mars in the 10th.
The 12th and 6th house make me very sensitive to my environments and the people around me.
Even at work, (I work at a fro-yo shop), when I have customers who are moody, I tend to feel it too and makes me really uncomfortable. So basically I'm like a sponge (it's really not surpirsing w/ my water placements though). 12th Taurus/6th Scorpio/Cancer IP: Logged | |
