Pretty good imitation by those two!My bonk is conj my ASC! In JT's, his bonk (but out of sign) is conj his mars and eros. His bonk is conj my anteros (and the other stuff but out of sign) LOL!! Also - what struck me strange is how JT was saying in interview that he got the name "Duran Duran" from the character "Durand Durand" in the movie Barbarella. He said that he was watching the film with his mum one night on the BBC and asked her about the name "Duran Duran" for the band and she said it was quite silly. The strange thing is that I saw the film earlier on today and the film is kind of camp 60s style but its quite er raunchy a bit. There's some breast in it from Jane Fonda and expressions of characters wanting to make love to her and simulated scenes of artificial sex. I'm not sure if this is the type of film I would like to watch with my parents, let alone the opposite sex one. I'd feel *very* uncomfortable. It really struck me very odd now that I've seen this film! Must be either a 60s/70s thing or dare I say an ethnic thing?? IP: Logged |

Excellent impressions, in fact I've just discovered that they're both THE SAME GUY. Spliced together I suppose. I've been on his website for the past little while laughing my head off... posted a few faves to my MySpace blog if you're interested: http://www.myspace.com/alicatpurr I haven't seen Barbarella but I'm aware of how camp and sex-filled it is - so that it is odd that he'd be watching it with his Mum. It would be a film from his Mum's youth, so maybe she was watching it and he happened to be at home at the time? A bit weird though that she'd watch it with her son in the house, lol. (My Mum wouldn't allow me to watch the Girls on Film video because it's reputation preceded it. lolol.) That might be Marc's parents, I admit I hadn't noticed. Ah, here they are. Looks like them!  They've both passed on now. Interesting I was just reading that Phyllis consulted a medium in 1980 (only a few years after he died) to contact Marc. What the medium said is pretty interesting.

I think in relation to JT, he does have moon square uranus, so maybe that represents the relationship or what type of mother he had, ie, very free, quirky and probably gave him a lot of freedom. As for Girls On Film, I remember the kids at school said the video was naughty and by that stage (thankfully) I hadn't seen it. I remember seeing when I was 9, I can't remember how it happened. Let's say I wasn't impressed with the video nor the band. BTW I do think they are the same people, ie they are Marc's parents. IP: Logged |
