What I don't like is that Virgo stereotypes say we are cleanliness and order freaks and our houses are simply "spotless" lol. Well, that is simply not true as my working table gets messy often, like other people's born under other signs.

And I know a Virgo girl who accumulates things that she doesn't sort out effectively, so they don't appear neat and tidy at all.

What is true is that we are prefectionists (especially at practising and learning skills) and that we are very rational.
And we bluntly criticise BUT we are not silly. If we learn that someone will get hurt from this or that we can hold back or say that in a different manner. However I am more comfortable being blunt and honest around people (whom I normally appreciate).

Alanabelle86 and remixel-pixelpixie you've both hit the nail on the head for me, I neednt add anymore. Whenever somebody asks my sign I just say Cancer because I hate the Scorpio stereotype.

I'm also annoyed about the claims of Libra being vapid, shallow, suck ups (Linda Goodman sure knew better). And the cliche itself comes from shallowness, believing that one is either alpha-dominant or a spineless suck up. The world is more complex than that, and Libra diplomats know how to carry the big sticks (or gavel in case of Judge Judy).

Heck, Eleanor even carried a revolver when she defied death threats by the KKK to keep working for civil rights (and this when she and another woman rode alone at night through their territory) and similar terrorist threats. But shallow people figure since she wasn't Dirty Harry that therefore she was a spineless suck up more worried about slavishly following fashion magazines, because, you know, Libras are shallow and spineless that way (says the shallow person who doesn't understand that life is more complex than that, or understand what it means to be a cardinal air sign).

Ditto (or close enough).

Even if a Libra is obsessed with fashion (as opposed to basic color coordination and such), then it will be about setting the trends rather than following them.

My dad's a Leo with a Virgo Mercury and Venus and he's the biggest germaphobe in history. So is my grandma however; she has an Aries Stellium.

That Capricorns are afraid of the mystical or anything that isn't rational. The sign representing a Capricorn is a mountain goat with a damn mermaid tail, that's pretty mystical to me haha.

I love good food as much as my Sun sign implies, but that isn't the only thing a Taurus likes.

Every time I read any Sun sign post, it's always, "Where's the food?" for Taurus. No. Stop that.

P.S. I am not materialistic either and I don't need much money to be happy. Sometimes I have to remind myself that it's okay to be a little selfish and to "want" things. I spend my money wisely, sure, but there are days where I struggle to want more than I currently have.

See: "What do you want for your birthday?" and "What do you want for Christmas?" I'm fortunate to have an answer this year.
