Does it fit your sign?

My Mars sign is Aquarius. As you will tell from some of the top things come into my head for my list:

*BS {n.b Mars Square Mercury/Venus in Taurus}
*Selfish people who don't carry about anyone else
*Pettiness
*Sticking to rules for the sake of them, not because they have a purpose
*Being told what to do
*Bullies
*People who take advantage of others for personal gain

Short Fuse. Tick. Mars hits everything on my chart ~ apart from Saturn. It is Conjunct the NN, and Square my Ascendant. I've got a bit of a temper, and my angry list is long.

Like to be in Control. Tick. Mars Sesquiquadrate Moon/Pluto conjunct. I think I spelt that wrong. Bad spelling annoys me.

I also get angry at petty people. Especially mindless gossips who spend most of their lives talking about people.

I also find people who don't have enough backbone to speak up when hurt rather annoying. If someone oversteps a line, let them know so that they can apologise and never do it again.

I get angry at people who expect me to say things more than once. If I don't want to do something, it's because I don't want to do it. It doesn't mean I'm fishing to be begged or coaxed about it. I find being begged annoying. I might be extreme but I do take begging to be a form of undermining my intelligence or an indirect way of saying that my word is fickle.

I get angry at injustice on me or others. I'm fair. I'm always getting in trouble because of sticking up for people, strangers included. This gets worse when I'm with my cousin for some reason. We are never appreciated and that's always a slap in the face, but we still defend strangers who didn't ask for our help. We just get worked up when we see injustice.

I get angry at people who are selfish.

I can go on forever with this but my big one is petty behaviour. Also, people who premeditate their hurtful actions on others. These people rub me the wrong way. It's not only a little stupid to go out on a mission of hurting people for amusement, it is also a sign to me of how simple minded a person is. I can't understand how people find pleasure from pain. Of course, I'm incredibly sarcastic and have found myself being accused of the same thing but my intention is always to amuse in some dark and twisted way, not to hurt people. And because of this, I'm always ready to apologise because I'm aware that my words can sting if not taken well.

I'm not the breaking vases type. I'm the type that goes up to your face, speaks to you as if I'm talking about the lovely weather while my words are talking of earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and hurricanes and you in the middle of these natural disasters. When I'm done with my speech I feel much better and wait for a counter assault. That's if I decided to talk because I also just walk away and spend my time swearing at you under my breath. Pacing.

I have a terrible temper. If you really push my button and go too far, you're in for it. But I don't think it's my Cancer Mars that makes me that way. I have a stellium in the 8th (including Pluto and my Aqua ASC chart ruler, Uranus), my Cancer Sun is in the Scorpio decanate, and my Scorpio MC/Neptune conjunction is the tightest aspect in my chart.

Just the other night I got in a fight with a guy at a concert because he kept kicking my chair. Now, I recently had spinal surgery so kicking my chair put me at risk more than it would a healthy person. I turned around and confronted him, directly and rather aggressively, and he totally backed down because 1. I was in the right and 2. I think I scared him by finally shouting at him to f*** off and shut the f*** up. If he hadn't backed down I probably would have lost it and thrown my water in his face...or something worse, if he really kept pushing.

It takes a lot of self-control for me not to act on my anger. I can go from 0-60 in a couple of seconds if the right button is pushed.

Things that make me angry:

People being cruel to animals or children (I think I'd literally be capable of killing someone if I saw them intentionally and cruelly harming an animal)

Injustice (makes sense because my chart ruler is Uranus in Libra in the 8th)

Bullies (probably the Cancer influence feeling protective of others)

People who are inconsiderate and/or rude: talking on cell phones at the movies or at the dinner table when you're at a restaurant, people who cut in front of you in line or on the road out of selfishness, people who act entitled like it's their world and we're just living in it, etc. (Libra Uranus and Jupiter - people not being "fair" and considerate ****** me off)

Being told what to do. I have really big issues with authority, so much so that I was expelled from high school my junior year and ended up having to start a new school for my senior year. (This is probably the result of having a fixed ASC, Venus, Saturn, Neptune, MC, and IC as well as a rather Scorpio-influenced and 8th House-influenced chart)

What makes me angry? People who try to micromanage my actions. People who tell me the same thing over and over, as if I didn't hear the first 10 times. People who drive like madmen on the road, tailgating me as if I can fly above the car in front of me! People who litter in public places; people who put their feet on the seats in the train, not caring they're putting dirt on the seats for the next person to sit down in a white skirt. People who push (like push me out of the way to enter the train, etc.). Ohmigod, does that make my blood boil. People who backstab at work so they can get ahead at my expense. People who treat others like dirt (that's my Aquarius ascendant, I think).

-People who have a willful lack of awareness/ lack of conscientiousness about their actions
-Injustice
-Sexism, racism, etc--especially people who rape other people, or slave-traders, or anyone who treats others like they are second-class citizens
-Cruelty (to animals as well as people)
-Ignorance

Micromanagement ~ that makes me angry. Breathing down your neck, instrutcting, oh that is annoying. I like being left to get on with something. Tell me if I am about to screw up majorly but otherwise...

My mother has Mars in Virgo. She used to get enraged at bad table manners, so furious she would walk out the house. Using bad language, well, I just wouldn't dare. I have never sworn in front of my mother. Politicians with shoddy health care or environmental policies take a fair amount of her ire, she writes them a lot of long letters with bullet points.

Got to love those Virgo Mars mothers and their high standards. I have great personal hygiene.

I live with Mars in Leo. He gets furious at incompetency and stupidity. Plutonian Persona's list sounds a lot like the things he would rant about.

I don't agree with this. It's a major generalization. I do have a very strong sense of what's right, but I don't have a quick temper. I noticed that a lot of people (not all) who have quick tempers just scream and yell without actually solving the problem of what's bothering them. They just try to bully others into giving them what they want like children. I am NOT saying that all short-fused people do this (they have other reasons), but the ones I know personally act like two year olds.

When someone does something that I think is wrong, I calmly confront them about it and resolve the problem. Throwing a temper tantrum only makes other people angry and think you're being immature.

To answer your question, I have Mars in Gemini trine Pluto (Scorpio), opposing Neptune (Capricorn) and sextile Venus (Aries). I rarely become angry, but when I do, I carefully plan my attack on the wrongdoer. By "attack" I don't mean that I physically harm them; I mean that I will zero in on their weakness and exploit that. I know how to use words as a weapon.

What makes me angry are people who take advantage of the kindness of others. These types of people are losers, in my opinion. I also cannot stand people who throw temper tantrums over the slightest thing that doesn't go their way. Being angry is a normal human emotion and I'm not saying it should be suppressed because that is not healthy, but people need to learn to pick their battles. If, for instance, someone is picking on your friend, then you should definitely defend your friend. This is a battle worth fighting. However, if you're at the store and the cashier forgets to give you a nickel for your change, there is no need to scream and yell at the cashier. People make mistakes. Just tell them they counted your money incorrectly. Problem solved.

In personal interactions, the quickest way to p1ss me off is to overcrowd me mentally. What Jugular mentioned about micromanaging. But also from the other side, with someone wanting me to micromanage them. It makes me want to scream and sprint to the airport, booking a one way flght to Fiji.

I have my Moon square Uranus-Mercury. I must have space and room to do things my own way. I give the same courtesy to other people, and am baffled when someone dictates to me. If they do it for too long, I get mad.

It doesn't bother me just when people do it to me, but also when I see people do it others. I really value diversity and individuality, and when people act like they're the authority on the ONE right way to be, it p1sses me off.

My Mars is in Virgo (conjunct Jupiter, trine Venus and Chiron). I don't have much of a temper. Maybe Jupiter helps make me more magnanimous. For the most part, other people's behavior doesn't anger me emotionally. I take their behavior as a given, and then either accept it, negotiate with it, or leave it.

Not to say that I don't became enraged sometimes, because I do. I always feel angry when someone in power exploits someone in a weaker position.

I feel anger more instantly with my SO than with anyone else. I think that's due to our synastry and that we're screwing.

My Moon is in Libra, my Venus is in Sagittarius, my Mars is in Gemini/3rd, it is chart ruler and OOB.

So pretty much all the things that Blue Moon can anger me, I hate unfairness and bullying etc (Libra Moon) but the things that annoy my Venus in Sagittarius is narrow mindedness, God/religion-bashing, middle class morals, SATC, square cut French nails. This is also intensified by the fact that Jupiter, depositor of my Venus is in the 1st conj my asc and this also makes me hate people of low morality/standards and weak people (Aries rising).

As for the things that annoy my Mars, I hate deliberately sloppy expression when writing and I hate "text talk" that is replicated on websites, ok for phones but not websites --> example - "c u l8r wid de gorjuz grls,,, uz da..." (hate that sh!t) plus certain people's writing styles in reality and on the net, people who feel the need to ornamentalise their writing (for example placing bubbles for "i" and "j" instead of dots), the message/substance is more important than the style IMHO. Sawn-off shotgun time.

My anger of course is expressed very verbally, aggressively and intensively, maybe physically expressed through my body as well (but I don't throw things or tantrums, it's more like hostile body language) so watch out when I start spitting chips (Mars is chart ruler, Mars trine Pluto/moon, sextile Jupiter/asc, opp Neptune).

Mars in Leo descriptions sound about right. My partner has his there too and hates incompetent people with a passion. He also has Venus in Gemini, so he really hates incompetent and dumb people.

Also having anything in the 2nd house would emphasise your value issues, Sun in 2nd would do it or in your case Sag 2nd house cusp. I have my SN in the 2nd house and I always show posessions of my own and others with the greatest respect. I'm not one to hurl clothes on the floor or throw things etc. Creasing pages in books and writing in books/novels is another thing that drives me crazy (probably a combination of 2nd house cusp in Tau, SN in 2nd, ruler of SN and 2nd house cusp in Sag/9th and Gemini Mars). So again you can see how we might have "similar" value systems through different means.
