I love and relate to that book. He says my south node in late Taurus makes me wild (yup), and I have to learn to control myself and be a good example of a resourceful and restrained Scorpio.

He says a lot more than that...has anyone seen the book?

There's a lot of great things about my NN. It's conjunct Jupiter and Venus, which means my unusual beliefs on how to make a difference in the world could bring me good fortune one day. It makes zero negative aspects to other planets. But then, on the flip side, we have the annoying SN. That means Jupiter and Venus oppose my SN. I've read that difficult aspects to the SN make it more difficult to control.

I see my SN in the 5th house as an evil temptress, so to speak, since I believe it conjunct Lilith there as well. It's tempting me - depend on others, and when you don't need them anymore, ditch them. YOU are the best alone. You don't need other people that much.

I think this negativity comes out when I am rejected from a social circle or seen as inferior in some way, or if I imagine others are calling me inferior or not good enough. Remember that Leo rules the 5th house, so I have an incredible amount of pride concerning my creative work and my art. If someone slights me about it and I'm particularly vulnerable or attached to the work, I really get vindictive and question wanting to be more open to sharing with others.

I've been 'spoiled' with material gifts since childhood, to make up for better relationships with family I never had. I think this also speaks volumes about my SN placement in Taurus, and how I need to start moving away from the materialism I now, thankfully, do NOT want, and learn how to support myself. I think the NN in the 11th also says that one day, I will find a circle or multiple circles that I CAN have genuine relationships in, where 'stuff' does not make up a key part of the relationship.

NN conjunct Venus means that I will one day achieve the dream I have been seeking, which is being recognized for all I can do creatively on a wide scale - but that means letting go of total material security, my family backing me up with money, being totally self-dependent, and feeling shunned if not everyone enjoys my work.

I am, remarkably, already on a path to my NN at a relatively young age. At just 18 I have matured over the past few years and recognize now that I am growing more and more ready to become self-reliant from my family and not obsessed with security set in stone, yet at the same time, more open to working with groups and sharing my material even if not everyone enjoys it.

Venus in the 11th usually promises one day, your dream comes true... but not without work or usually sacrifice. I'm trying my best to believe in it.

I'm like this now--and I'm happy being my own person, away from fake friends/social niceties. Real friends I hang out with.

North Node in 5th House
There is a need for the person to be creative in order to succeed in this life. They will obtain great value from learning to play and the influence of children will be formative in their success. Now I need to take life less seriously and to treat it as a game only for me to play.

I need to follow my heart and my own path based on feeling/impulse rather than objectivity and calculation. I need to stop being the person who reads up on an action excessively and just do it spontaneously.

I need to focus on being fair and keeping personal relationships at highest importance. We need to make a conscious effort to deal with others in a more personal, involved, and loving manner, rather than falling back on reason and intellect which detaches us from our feelings.We can too easily lose touch with our own heart by rationalizing our feelings, and become overly involved with other people's problems at the expense of our inner needs for attention. Learning to take personal risks, which requires a certain amount of self-confidence, will help me to achieve inner balance and happiness.
