heart cakes -Well hello my fellow Pisces SN. If I'm remembering correctly, HSC is one of us as well. Your post helped point out the role my Pisces SN plays in inclining me to believe that there's an essential nature to the universe and our behaviors can reflect that nature. Maybe you can relate to this. My Pisces SN informs me that the "all" gets whittled down to something precise, the Virgo NN. It tells me there are particular ways to express Piscean "oneness," and that some ways are better than others. For certain acts to be better than others (Virgoan discernment), then that Piscean essence must have some sort of character to it. It can't just be a blank void. If it were, no act would express it better or worse. Virgo would be useless because there would be no such thing as quality. But since Pisces does want to be expressed in a Virgo way, Pisces must be something. Love is the best word for what I think of Pisces as being. And b/c I see things in this way, I have always seen people who have a gentleness in their hearts as old souls. The way they express their love can vary and may not even look like love, but if they're coming from a place of love, I consider them evolved. And my Venus in Cap loves me some old souls.

HSC - quote: I personally dont think they frequent the internet much...
I respectfully beg to differ. That would exclude you! You're old enough. A few more incarnations and you'd be decrepit. You're in prime sexy seniority right now. IP: Logged |

Hi CF,I like both of your explanations: 1."Age and idiosyncrasy go together like a horse and carriage"
2."The water of brain is always under the bridge of age" 3."When you chase two rabbits, you only catch the older one" or 1. Love and marriage go together like a horse and carriage. 2. It's water under the bridge (it means: it's in the past, it's over and done with) – that is for me! 3. If you chase two rabbits, you catch neither. Buena IP: Logged |

quote: I've heard (or read) about the theory that your North Node is an indicator of your soul's age: The more advanced the sign of your North Node is in ... the more often you've been "on earth" already.
LOL - if that's the case then I'm ancient. I have North Node in Pisces in 12th house. IP: Logged |

Hi,I have feeling that the older soul somebody has the sooner he dies. My theory: his mission is over and soul is going to the heaven (Nirvana). Maybe I am wrong?

I can't say I can validate the gate theory of nodes indicating an old soul. A friend of mine who is only on his second incarnation is a virgo north node. I've been told by psychic friends and legitimate professionals who either made my house lights flicker, or brought up a specific off-planet life I knew about have have all told me I'm an old, developed 'vibrant' soul etc (it's blue-purple). That being said, I have a taurus north node, and have the chart of an abuse victim as well as a nessus retrograde (abuse me!). I can however say that my true north node is direct as opposed to the usual retrograde which is sometimes used as an indicator. As far as number of incarnations making you old, I think that's a misnomer. Supposedly when your soul becomes purple you don't have to incarnate anymore, and some never incarnate while others incarnate all the time. You can develop both ways, but different souls are created for and need different paths. Could you imagine if we were all the same? Just so you know, soul color and aura are different things. The information comes from my own personal experience as well as Michael Newton's between life regression books. IP: Logged |

Jane Wrote:_ ______________________________________________ Maybe some souls have been here a lot but keep getting held back a grade, have to keep repeating Mars square Pluto, for example.Lately I've been wondering if our trines are the lessons we've already mastered, and our squares are what we have to learn this lifetime. If we get it right before we bite it, then in the next life our square is a trine and we get new squares to learn. ___________________________________________ it makes sense to me the idea of trines or sextiles indicating areas we have mastered while difficult aspects lessons we need to master. an old soul can super old, but as she said super "idiot" in the sense that has not grasped the meaning of the lessons they had to master. Hence, they may be more karmatic in the sense that it may be more accumulation of lessons to learn if the person has not done his/her homework during each lifetime. that makes me think about the retrograde planets. maybe not all old souls have retrograde planet, but all old soulds who have not mastered lessoons. and... young souls should not have retrograde planets, i believe... if the are very young.
