Did anyone see the deleted scenes on The Office or was this scene kept? It happened at the end of the first series where Gareth was talking to some people at the end of the year office party and a hetero couple were trying picking up for a menage-a-trois and he firmly said he didn't do guys. Well at the end of the night, you see all three of them driving off on a bike with one of the side carts and you see Gareth in the side cart with this secretive facial expression looking directly into the camera.

And what about Tim's Charlie Chaplin facial expressions?

Oh it's the tragedy of David Brent that makes it so bad. He wants people to like him so much and he does the wrong things, tries to act cool and tough. He's his worst enemy!

His movie Ghosttown was funny. If it was written for him, it was written perfectly, because all of the humor in it is right up Gervais' alley. Most of the humor is awkward moments.

I don't think I saw that scene from The Office but it sounds funny.

My other fave moments (apart from the 'Excalibur' poem):
* David's dance (with "a bit of MC Hammer sh*t") at the Comic Relief/Red Nose Day fundraiser
* David's motivational talk where he ends with an unimpressive tape recording of 'Simply The Best' by Tina Turner and bounds out of the room like a rockstar running offstage.
* Anything to do with Gareth and the stapler.

David Brent's horrificly cringe-worthy customer care role play:

Oh that reminds me what a champ Oliver was

hmmm Brent's strong point is not customer service.

FOUND THE menage scene - starts at about 5:00, pays to watch the whole video. The end bit to that scene is at 7:40 to the end.
