I have a Eros-Psyche double whammy with a guy:

My Eros cj. his Psyche
My Psyche parallel his Eros

I can find interpretations for those, but since I have natal Sun cj. Eros, his Psyche is also cj. my Sun. In fact it's exact cj my Sun. That's gotta be important, but I can't find anything about Psyche cj. Sun in synastry at all.

I had this aspect (My Sun/Eros cj. a guy's Psyche) with two people before this present guy, that I aware of:

One was a high school friend who I made friend with instantly and who had a secret crush on me all through high school. I never felt an attraction tot him. We lost touch in college, but I still think of him fondly.

One was a friend in college, a fellow musician. We too were instant friends. We weren't initially attracted to each other, but as our friendship grew, we confessed to being sexually attracted to each other. But an intimate relationship never developed. He moved away, and then was murdered shortly after. A few years after his death, I started having intense dreams about him, every night for months. They eventually ended, with the last dream of him crying, saying he was afraid I would eventually forget him. That was over 10 years ago but I haven't forgotten.

Any input would be nice.

I'll read into more about how oppositions work, but for now I'll try to answer you question.

I imagine that a Sun/Eros conj. psyche would make for a very hot and very empathic relationship. I can defiantly see how you (in both situations) would feel so close to each other. A person who has psyche conjunct your Sun would be able to see the you that you really are. He would just 'get' you. No effort required But, because your Eros is also in there, it would also make the psyche person go into "SuperLove" mode. Very nice aspects you have there!

I'm so sorry that you had to lose someone so dear to you. I also had a friend from many years back who loved me very much (the feeling was mutual) but nothing came of it. Only to find out that he had died a couple of years after losing contact. He died of cancer, but I can understand that feeling of loss.
